Regions Bank Roma Ave, Hammond

Only reason a 2 star is because the lady I was just on the phone with was very rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my situation. I've been a loyal customer for several years but if that's how yall will let your employees talk with customers, I will go elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero I deposited check to cash Then cashed deposited but the teller put it into a completely different account. I called there several times before closing and no answer. Then I called the help service. They say I have to go in person to resolve this issue to that branch. It is Saturday.

Went in to get some information to pay off an old account. Attitudes were off the chain and they looked tired. The wait time was over 5 minutes with 2 tellers assisting one customer and 2 employees acting like they were busy in their offices until someone they knew came in the branch. Once I finally made it to the teller window, the lady that attempted to assist me stated that she couldn't find the account, then she said she couldn't give me any info about it. Went to Regions on SW Railroad the very next day and they had no problem taking my money. Go figure!

I recently tried to get my money from a cd that was in Regions bank after many days and a trip to an attorney I did get it out. I would advise anyone using Regions to find a bank that was loyal and trustworthy to its customers.

This is literally the slowest bank I have ever been to, 30+ minutes in line (2 cars ahead of me) and then 15 minutes for a deposit (only takes 1-2 minutes at a normal bank) I have switched to the bank in Ponchatoula, they are literally 100 times faster. Management needs to take a look at this bank.

This is the slowest bank I've ever been to, I went there just to make my deposit, something that takes about 3 minutes at other regions Banks... 45 minutes later... Like I don't get it at all, I don't know what these people are smoking. This happens on a regular basis.

Worst bank in history, here's some advice, transfer your hard earned money to a local bank.

I've had an account with them for over 20 years. Been through some changes and even went with chase. But I came right back. This is a well run bank. Friendly and professional. A great local company.

I went into this location today. Before I sat down I was seen right away by Ms. Karen. She was very helpful in assisting my daughter and I. Even though we were from out of town she answered all our questions. Thank you i really appreciated the great customer service. Thank you Karen.
