I have been especially pleased with the personnel at Regions Bank. They have always been very helpful and patient in helping me. Much appreciated. As an aside, I wish the bank opened on Saturday morning, at least once or twice during the month, if possible. I'm not aware of degree of "supply and demand", so to speak, for this added opening.

Always friendly staff. Willing to help me with any banking questions. Been long time customer with no problems.

Moved to Carriere 3 months ago and the staff here is wonderful. Regions has been my bank since day one. And they treat me very well here. Being a young adult James and Scott have guided me the right direction.

DO NOT EVER ACCEPT A CHECK WRITTEN ON A REGIONS BANK ACCOUNT ... BECAUSE REGIONS WILL CHARGE YOU 1% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE CHECK, JUST TO CASH IT IF YOU DO "NOT" HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH THEM ... FACT !

so crazy cant even walk into this place much less sit in the drive thru for 30mins to give them 100$ cash an break it down into amounts I want because I have no account with them although last Wednesday was no problem at all the bank teller changed out my 100$ in cash with no problem even offer and almost talked me into an account with region's an did her job so well but as I wattied today in line mind you it was very busy to open that account an do the exact same transaction I did last Wednesday I began giving my change to brooke the teller she was rude then ask if I had an account after I replied no everything and every question after that was no never even left the window to check its a bank what the hell never again region's bank great job it was completely in professional

They will do absolutely everything they can to not help you when you have issues with your account saying there is “nothing they can do.” DON’T bother opening your account here, go to another bank! I promise it’s not worth it!

Stay Away! In 2017 my account was hacked. An electronic check with a different name AND a different address than mine was paid out. After signing an afidavit saying I did not authorized the charge, I thought I'd get my money back. NO They basically treated my like I was a theif, even running a credit inquiry on me. All of this despite hundreds of reports against the company who raided my account. In 2018, just after my last parent died, I was hit again. This time with multiple debits on the same day. My account was locked and they rejected a direct deposit, after my asking them to be ready to accept one last deposit. I can understand not allowing any debits on the account, but the rejection of my direct deposit resulted in a delay of my monthly check. To top it off, they tried to charge me a fee for being under the min balance. This required yet another trip to the bank and a ridiculous wait to get this fixed. Bank LOCAL
