Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Watch out for the old lady with the Botox lips, her favorite line is “ sorry there is nothing we can do” but then we call customer service and get it figured out by someone over the phone instead of an actual bank teller right in front of me . They are very disrespectful and almost snickered when I was explaining how my daughter was in the hospital and I needed to know information on my check and account !!! Like I was lying or something!!! I hope someone shuts this place down . Nobody that’s I’ve EVER talked to has had a good , easy banking experience here! Period!!

By far the shittiest bank branch with Regions I have ever encountered. I have banked with Regions all over the South, and this particular branch, in my opinion, should be shut down. Anytime myself, or immediate family members have deposited any checks larger than a few thousand dollars, they will put an astronomically long hold on it so you can’t access any funds for up to 2 weeks. Mind you, these are paychecks from other financial institutions... not an individual person or business. They purposely hang on to your money for as long as they can and DO NOT CARE how it may affect you.

Delightful experiences and I have always had delightful enjoyable experiences with ALL Region Banking Institutes and I promise you, I AM one of the BIGGEST critics you will ever meet! I FIRMLY believe in PERFECTION and PROFESSIONALISM!!!

Ms. Peggy and staff really put customer service first! I appreciate how they always call me by name and help me however they can!

I honestly wouldn't give this location 1 star. The lady who didn't give me her name is a rude hateful person to her customers. I have been going through the drive through to get money orders to pay my rent for several months and she her self has even done my money order refused to help me. So I have to go inside the bank to get my card and take 2 small children inside with me. That lady needs to go and take lessons from the other lady that handles the drive through because she is always as nice as she can be and never teaches me like she did today. Very unprofessional and rude.

This bank CANNOT be trusted under any circumstances. I deposited the check. They said it will be available the next day. But the next day they put a 10 days hold. On the check. Check is from major transportation company.

Friendly tellers know you by first name and they have a 24 hr ATM
