I called to see if I could get money to replace my roof. I received a call the next day to say can we talk numbers for your loan. I was able to get my roof and have extra money to pay something else off.

Leticia and the staff are always so friendly and ready to help in anyway they can! When life throws you unpredictable situations I love the fact that I can always depend on help from this great team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend!

Super nice and helpful staff. When I go in to pay my husbands account they all know me by name. There’s always snacks and water for their customers at the front. When I call they always answer the phone within the first ring. If you need a loan for any reason this is the place to go!

The customer service needs work, especially now. It's one employee in particular that feels the need to degrade and talk down to customers in a rude and unprofessional manner, in person as well as over the phone. She also gives information about past employees that shouldn't have been given as she isn't HR personal. You'll get a better response being the professional company and or staff member you were hired to be. However, if you should feel the need to be ugly and rude to your customers, there will always be that one who will answer you back. Without your customers, you don't have a business! Your company is just as expendable as your customers to which you're doing business with. The customer isn't always right, BUT they are very important.

Please do not go to this business to get a loan or except any offers they give you they don't care for the people they go by credit score might as well just take a loan out of your bank or a credit card of the store you want to buy stuff out of is cheaper per month than this service if y'all looking for a loan I suggest convington credit or any other loan company that don't check your credit score some people don't even have credit and how can they help out those people it's all a scam please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE"

Friendly and Fast Service. The manager has been there a long time and knows customers names and faces. She’s trained her staff very well. They’re all professional, patient, and treat everyone with respect.
