Regional Finance Shaver St, Pasadena

If I could rate this company negative stars I would. Gabby at regional finance is the absolute worst, my boyfriend told her to stop calling him because he was somehow added to their caller list and she was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever experienced. She told him that she would keep calling him as many times as she wanted to. He told her if that was the case that he would just block her number. So she said that if was fine if he blocked the number because she had multiple numbers that she could call from, and that's just what she did... She called him from another number and after he blocked this one, she called him from a BLOCKED NUMBER. She literally had the GUTS to *67 him, and for what? Did she think at that point that she would get what she wanted? This is so unprofessional and I hope she is fired.

Sabrina is amazing. The Pasadena Staff location answered every question i had. Customer service is awesome at this location.

Great service every one so nice

I went into this location to get a loan and I was a little hesitant at first but as soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely. The staff there is very friendly. I was helped by Evelyn she did an outstanding job explaining everything to me throughly she answered all my questions. She really went above and beyond I would recommend anyone getting a loan to go straight with her!

Service was outstanding. Favianna patiently explained and made sure everything was clear for me. Will definitely return to this location and recommend anybody interested in getting a loan to deal directly with Favianna.
