LaSherri was extremely helpful. The application process was quick and able to do it all over the phone. She thoroughly went through all offers they had and allowed me to make adjustments based on just what I needed. I came in signed my documents and was out the door. First time I experienced a loan company that explained additional debt consolidations they had to offer when I just needed a quick loan. I highly recommend checking them out. They did more for me than any other finance company has and I got a bigger loan also if anything should happen to me they got me covered esp with covid happening that is highly recommended to have. Thank you so much Brooke for helping me and my family with my loan!

I was approved for a $1500 loan. I was not told that I had to have an appointment to get my loan. I work for a loan company myself and we help the potential customer as soon as they walk in. I went in there and a lady was booking a loan with someone so I sat down. The lady said the other girl would be right back. The girl showed up and walked right passed me. She did not say hello, how are you, can I help you, etc... nothing Then looks at me and says ... ummm do you have an appointment? I said no, am I supposed to have one? I just came to get my loan I was approved for. She said yes, we book appointments for everyone and I already have a customer coming in here in a little bit...(with rude tone in her voice) I said well, do I not get the loan then, because I had spoken to someone earlier? She turned and looked back at the other lady and said she doesn't have an appointment. Are you booking a loan? The lady said yes and it will be at least 30 more minutes... mind you I have been sitting there for 10 minutes already... Why does it take 40-45 minutes to book a loan? It should take no more than 15 minutes to actually book a loan... They were overall just rude... It was very uninviting. I turned around and walked out. You guys just missed out on a great customer!!! I will take my business elsewhere!! smh

Very positive experience with this place. The process was much easier and faster than I expected. The staff, especially Jwana was very friendly and pleasant to work with.

If you can't keep your branch open in the town people got the loan in instead of transferring it to a 45 minute away town consider it paid off because I've wasted my time traveling 45 minutes and money that I don't have yet to Come renew a loan Just to be told while nobody else is in the store that I have to make an appointment to renew so y'all should really fix that and I think somebody really needs to get in touch with me because I'm pretty mad about this when a customer goes into a place of business there to be treated with respect and not to be told to leave just cuz they didn't have an appointment especially if the business is empty and ain't nobody else there

All three ladies in this office are friendly and happy to help you out. Made the stress of having to get a loan a lot less! Thanks ladies!

Been going there for years, everyone is always helpful in getting my loan needs taken care of. Jawana just helped with getting a family member a great starter loan. She is fantastic!

I filled out an application online and then called to finish with information they needed. This was at 10 am. After waiting all day ( I work overnight) and calling twice see tells me she can't help me. I asked her when they were gong to call to tell me and she said at closing cause they were just so busy all day, she picked up on the second ring. Wow!!!
