Please do not be fooled, this company charges you high interest but does not explain the policies as they really are. I applied for a loan of $9,500, I made payments of $378 for 7 months ($2,646) that basically went to waste and when I wanted to pay the entire loan, the amount was the same $9,500 + all the payments that I made for 7 months according to they had gone to interest and my account never went down... I would have paid $24,000 in 4 years with them if I had stayed with their contract. Im glad I called 7 months later and was able to close this account. Worse place to loan money from.

I have had a loan with them for over a year now and I always pay on time and I personally have never had a problem with anyone there. They are always friendly and helpful. I had to refinance a loan also recently and was accepted in 30 minutes. I dont have anything negative to say here. They have always been willing to help with anything I've ever had a question about and always have been happy to explain anything I did not understand.

This office is awful! The 1 star reviews are a good representation of this place. The 5 stars are fake! They will bate you in with an offer then drag you along for weeks with excuses. When you finally get to come in you get the shady runaround. The amount will be far less and they treat you like some payday loan establishment would. I strongly recommend going to Republic Finance if you want a better experience.

I've paid my loan early every month for at least a year now. I called to increase my Loan and I was denied. Very upsetting since I am a valued customer and my credit is decent. I applied on Friday morning and received my denial on Monday. Not happy with Regional' Branch Manager in Round Rock.

The office on oltorf in South Austin, i wouldn't recommend that office to no one. The lady there is very rude, and she dont let you talk, she interrupted you, i feel like someone in that office is stealing people payments. If someone is telling you, that it was 2 payments made and then another payment of 54.38 that they claimed was still owe . Corporate office needs to look into that office.

This finance company deserves more than five stars they have help me and family through our time in need. They always go above and beyond in helping us even when we are stuck with a payment! Thank you guys.
