This is my 3rd time using Regional Finance. My experience has been good each time, and the Mesquite TX location is the best. Fast and friendly service.

I would love to leave you guys a 0 star review but I guess I'll settle for 1. Literally the worst company I've ever done business with. DO NOT get money from these people. They are liars, and they are legitimately the ONLY creditor that will NOT work with you when you get laid off due to coronavirus. RUN away from this company.

They have a difficult time keeping this office open for business . This is the second loan I have got from this company , but will be the last . Each time in the first two months of my loan they close this branch down . Last time it was for a week and was told it was for the new computer program they installed . This time I was told for business reasons . How do you run a business that loans money and collects payments when you can’t keep the doors open for business ? This will be the last time conducting business with this company . They can not even keep their branches open .

They charge you more and you ask them and they do not give you a logical explanation, they are thieves

Growing up my father, or nobody really educated me on credit. So I decided to educate myself and go ahead an get some starter loans going. I called around 9:02 a.m. 1/13/21 and spoke to NAYELI about a starter loan. Mind you this is a call recorded for the quality purposes. She said sure what's your etc, I give it to her and await her guaranteed callback in 15 mins. An hour goes by and I decide to call back to find out NAYELI submitted a loan that I didn't know about, a loan different than what we spoke about, etc for the amount of $1400 dollars. I could just imagine the legal boundaries within the application and words spoken before the application was submitted. I got her name and asked to speak to the manager, the branch manager, ROSA. After holding I was informed that the application could be cancelled and that I'd recieve a letter in 7 days from today. If I receive that letter I'll come back and give an extra star. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SPEAK WITH ROSA OR ANYONE OTHER THAN NAYELI. BE SURE TO BE CLEAR WITH THEM ON YOUR WORDS, ASK QUESTIONS TWICE, DO NOT GIVE INFORMATION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CORRECT FACTUAL INFORMATION FROM THEM ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON. If you have a lawyer be sure to place them on the call in a threeway call. Just to be SAFE.

Jessica was very unprofessional, I called multiple times within a week period and was told on both occasions that I was going to get a call back and moving into a new week still never received a phone call. On top of that she answered the phone “hello” vs. stating the company she worked for and asking if she could assist me. Speaking on behalf of someone who has worked in customer service almost 10 years I find that extremely unprofessional.

Strongly recommend working with Rep Maria Salazar at this location. Extremely professional and personable at the same time. Covered all details and in an efficient manner. She’s a keeper! I work at a financial institution and know good customer service. Thank you Maria!
