Pretty nice people from what it sounds like, I did have some questions and the lady was able to answer I really appreciated that. They didn’t have what I called about but my friend who lives in the area did recommend it to me so I thought I’d call. They don’t refinance car loans so I will continue to call to other places. But I give a good rating on friendliness.

Spoke with two guys the first one hung up on me after not getting his story straight. I’ve made numerous payments without needing to answer personal questions. Second guy gave up after one run of my card that didn’t go thru, and didn’t want to wait for me to get my checking and routing number. “We’re very busy here” and told me to just call another office.

My daughter wanted to build her credit, so i went with her to establish an account with regional finance. She has been a borrower wth this location for over a year and even refinanced twice. This last refinance she did was done in February. She's never had any issues b4, but she's never paid off a loan early either. B4 she signed her refinance papers "I" asked if there was an early payoff penalty, which they said no, if she would get credit for interest on the months she paid off early (as she was interested in trying to pay it off early to save money) and they said yes, she would get interest credit if she paid it off early. At NO time did they say she would have to pay all interest upfront for the whole loan and NOT get any of this back if paid off early. And the store manager has a NEED to always feel that his in the right and insists on talking over you, and wants the last word, even when your trying to pay off the loan and asks the manager to be quite and take the payoff without anymore confrontational language, he'll ignore your requests just to get his last word in. He should not be in a managerial position as he acts infantile not professional. As for the regional manager, he fails to return phone messages. We use to refer, we will NOT be returning nor referring. They did not honor the interest credit in her early payoff.
