Not the most horrible place to do business with. They're always nice and are willing to work with you. But before you go and get a loan through them I'd check with your bank as well as with other lenders. You will pay back almost double what they lend you and they require you to take out their liability insurance on top of that which raises your payment quite a bit. It's one mistake I won't make again.

I have worked with this company for about 8 years now. While they don't send out payment reminders, we as adults are responsible to make our payments anyways. Everyone is always very nice. But then again, I always pay on time too.

Horrible customer service. They don't give payment books,they don't send any kind of payment reminders. They are rude and I will never do business with them again,once my loan is paid off!
