phone system and phone services are garbage. no one ever answers, or sometimes the number just hangs up right after dialing. ive been to the valpo branch many times and their phones either never ring or they just let them ring without answering, so you know theyre not too busy to answer the phones. pretty ridiculous

Kind of hard to get ahold of but rates are the best. Also serena and annalisa are the absolute best people to deal with at a bank. Always there in a moment's notice to fund my bad ideas and also help when they see something wrong. I go 45 minutes out of my way to bank with them for that reason

I definitely recommend Regional Federal Credit Union! The staff is always friendly and professional. They've helped me out several times when I needed documents printed out and proof that a credit card number had been changed. They're the best. Special shout out to Analisa.

Unfriendly service representatives. Hostile workers who won’t even answer the phone. No warmth, not even the 800 Number will a rep answer and all regional credit unions direct phone calls to this Valpo office. The workers are rude, when my wife added me onto her account they looked at her and stated “You do know he can access your account right?” Like she was stupid and couldn’t know that. The workers even will try to disprove and be completely uncooperative in processing a legitimate transaction dispute. Every time they say they will call you back they do not. The reps called my Wife a liar when she asked why a rep she spoke to on the phone didn’t call her back. The workers are classless and have no couth about them They need to go to customer service class courses and learn to talk to people and actually listen. You can’t even leave a bad review for them on Facebook it’s sad Customer Beware worst credit union ever
