I have had a bad experience with Regional acceptance they charge a lot of interest o more than Federal law allow 19.50 and was charge late charge before grace period when you call customer service the same people will answer the phone I think scammer got my account when ask to to a supervisor same one get back on the making like they supervisor I have ask for a investigate my account.i been this account or car sent 2016 of Sept. I have pay over the amount of my contract 12000 interest and they still more for interest than for printable. I never buy another a regional acceptance,

Awful, I've been paying for my car since 2019 and my balance has stayed the same, when I ask why, I was told it was the loan I signed even though that's not what I was told at the dealership. I feel trapped in a loan that I didn't know I was in. Please if anyone knows how I can get out of this loan please tell me how !

fell on hard times and got sick with covid 19 and they reposses the car i get all the money to repay it they take the money and take forever to reinstate everything so i have to pay an additional day of storage and missed job interviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENDER

It is so hard to speak with a person at this company. I have tried on several occasions to get a payoff letter emailed to me to no avail!!! This is Ridiculous!!!

Placed a charge off on my credit after they failed to provide me, the co signer, with a Explanation of Calculation of Deficiency and a Notice of Plan to sell the property at auction. They had the primary applicants address listed as mine and no sort of contact information for me on their RAC account portal. They sent the information for me via certified mail to the primary applicants address instead of mine. Now I have a charge off because they failed to give me the opportunity to either buy the vehicle back or information where I could go to the public auction to buy it back. Reported them to BBB and CFPB since they violated a Georgia regulation.

Don't let covid kill your family off because they won't work with you on payment arrangements or extensions!
