I have reached out to this lender for GAP info and they are extremely stagnant on their movement of urgency on getting GAP coverage info, returning phone calls, even more so speaking to anyone from the claims department is trash. I have left several voicemails with Chuck Chadwich and Rudy over two weeks ago and no one has even made an attempt to return any of my phone calls or emails. I sent several messages through their app and of course no luck on receiving any type of communication or response from this organization. I even went to the location listed on google and the building is completely empty, empty to the point of no dry wall and able to see plumbing and wood joist. This is beyond terrible and I do not recommend anyone to this lender or in affiliation of.

If I could give Zero stars I would. DO NOT FINANCE through this company!!! I purchased Gap insurance through Them was in a accident they took forever to contact my insurance to receive pay off now taking forever to get gap insurance to pay off the rest even though the gap insurance was through them!!! The insurance company tried to reach out Reg. Acceptance several times and they were negligent in returning calls to get the claim settled. The accident was in Sept. It is now Feb. And loading my credit report with derogatory marks and my loan with fees and non payments for Nov Dec Jan and Feb to get more money out of me. I'm hiring a lawyer. In the mean time I want people to be away of how this company operates

High interest rate ... automated system could use a live person. Payments have been credited into my account online accurately.

Just trying to get through tobtslk to a person that can answer a few questions and it seems impossible. They are not rated by me because I do not have much knowledge of them. All I know is the company is avoiding talking to customers. Why. I do not know!

Will not accept goodwill letter after a situation let to derogatory marks. Had my loan for 2 years no problems and new dealership forgot to payoff my trade. Ruined my credit

I have requested FIVE different time my payoff letter fax and mailed and I have not received nothing!!!!!

This isn’t a real location they do not own anything over here at this location. I asked people that physically work here and they never heard of this institution. This institution is fake, they never answer the phone and they always redirect your call.
