On a whim my husband and I decided to apply for a home loan, not really sure of what the outcome would be. I am a recent college graduate so I had many student loans rolling in and my husband has been working on his apprenticeship for a little over a year. We completed a normal refi loan with them without issue. When we chose to do a construction loan, we went back. If their inexperience with the type of loan we were doing had been brought up in the beginning, we would have found another lender. The short story is the staff we dealt with, including the owner Casey Gates, showed apathy and unprofessionalism as the process dragged out for months. I referred several people to this company after my first refi. My dissatisfaction this time led me to post this review, which is something I do not do lightly.
