I would NOT recommend this business. The staff that I worked with was extremely incompetent, this resulted in me making a major life decision based on the information that he gave me. When everything fell apart, I was out of pocket lots of time, money, and hugely disappointed. It was basic information about a 403b that he should have known. Even up until the end, he still was was still giving me the wrong information leading me to think that I could withdrawal my money. I was getting more information by Googling the questions I was asking than from him. It wasn't until I was actually in need of the money that he called MetLife on another issue and they informed him that I was not eligible to withdrawal the money. I understand the regulations that prevented me from withdrawing the money. If he would have just told me that from the beginning, I would not have undergone the process for my life-changing decision.
