Let me tell y'all.. I began w getting a Suv at the Tulsa location.. I had no issues until my vehicle outta the blue acted up and quit.. had it towed to my home, called Tulsa and wow they couldn't help me, remember 12 months or 12,000 miles right, I'm single, like most have little money to just go buy a new vehicle, so Tulsa dealer told me to call Joplin, Mo. (I live in SEK and it's almost 2hrs to Tulsa, Joplin, Wichita) this young lady DEVAN, she works at the Joplin location, went beyond the call of duty to help me! She was SOOOO polite and professional.. she's amazing! She went straight at the warranty.. which ended 11/21.. I'm beyond Blessed! Love my new avenger!! Thank you Devan

It was very difficult for me to get there before they closed, so the associate helped me over the phone. I text all my information to Shelby, and she got me approved before I even stepped foot on the property. I was able to view their cars online and chose the one I wanted. I got there right after work test drove the car, and had it checked out. The car was in great shape and the people were super friendly. I was only there for maybe an hour and I left with my car. I could not be happier with the service and my new automobile.

I was just goofing off looking around online, something caught my eye, so I filled out the form, Deanna contacted me within a few hours, she easily and quickly and accurately answered my questions! The folks there are willing to help, with a smile on their faces!! I do recommend!!

I'm editing my original 5 star review. I originally had a great experience with Regal, but over the past 3 months I have had problem after problem with my car. Granted, when there is a problem they do fix it, but I have had to give it back to them 4 times within a two month span. Coolant leaks, engine throttling, door falling off, RECALLED TRANSMISSION PART. How is all of this a problem when they say they inspect it?? it's just problem after problem. And of course, they do not offer a rental car when they have your car for weeks. And of course, you still have to pay that week that you don't have your car. I have lost days at work because I am not able to get there, because they gave me a car that obviously does not run properly. I have a 2 year old. I NEED a reliable and safe car, and obviously these people can not offer that. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They sold me an absolute lemon. I wouldn't have my worst enemy get a car through them.
