Been with this bank for many years, never had a complaint. Matter of fact RDFCU was where I started to establish my credit. Never regretted the choice. Thanks RedStone!

To me this is the only place to bank or get loans with a decent credit. Love my RFCU

I used Tara for every loan I get. She has been the only one that can ever get me approved after trying several people. Tara never lets me down anytime I need her. Thank you Tara for your help

Friendly people and relatively fast service. I have been with this credit Union for over 10 years and have not yet had a real problem. I have multiple checking accounts, multiple savings accounts, Mortgages and Car loans.

Okay service, but the bank is basically never open. They close super early everyday, good luck getting to the bank is you get off work any later than 4pm. They are closed EVERY holiday, even the most trivial (usually for multiple days). Closed on every Sunday. Their ATMs don't work more often then they do. If REDFCU was ever open, it maybe would actually be good. However, given that they are near to impossible to get to while open and their ATMs are hit or miss at best, I cannot recommend this credit union.

Every time I need help with a loan, Redstone is always helpful, and courteous, and dependable. I love my Redstone!

Update 3: got ahead on my car payment for 7 months. payment was still charged. had to call three times, and was hung up on, lied to, and straight up disrespected. they tried to tell me my bank has to fix the payment because they set it up, but that was not true. payment was supposed to be cancelled, but they went ahead and charged me anyway. moral of the story, redstone should be your absolute last resort. they don't care about you, just about taking your money.
