Rediform Federal Credit Union Lockport Rd, Niagara Falls

I left this bank 8 years ago due to poor customer service. The teller in the front window always has an attitude when you want to withdrawal money or when you ask for information on your account. She is very unprofessional. It seems like when you want to withdrawal anything over $100 it’s always a problem. You get the “sigh” or “quick eye roll”. I will steer anyone away from them. My son will be on high alert about them.

I work for a great non-profit in the area and I was trying to get some information about Rediform Union to see if we (the organization I work for) can have a possible partnership in the near future. When I got on the phone I was put on hold immediately which wasn't a problem. Then, when it was my turn, I try to explain my position and what we are looking for as an agency, before I got to say more the representative of this union said they were not interested and hanged up without even explaining or hearing what else I had to say. The representative was very unprofessional and I would not do business here.

I have belonged to Rediform FCU for years now, Every time i go in there it is always a great experience. They always answer all my questions about loans or ways to better my credit score. I will never change credit unions !!

The staff treat me like I'm family.

I have been a member of this Credit Union for almost 14 years. I will never leave I've moved out of state and i keep my account active. I would have to disagree with the review made about poor customer service. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful to me from day one. If your calling to check your balance you can alwys use the automated service!! I give the entire staff 5 Stars. For those of you who didn't pay off your Christmas Loans, shame on you. Your messing up a good thing for the rest of us faithful members!!!!!

Always seems to be a issue when you call to check your account. Always a sigh, or tones of aggravation. Im not on welfare, this isn’t me calling bugging you guys for a favor. This is my money that I worked for. I know you guys are “mature” and possibly burned out, however be a little more friendly and understanding. You don’t know what one may be waiting for their deposit for. (that they worked for) Horrible customer service.

I have belonged to this credit union for years and these ladies are like a small little family to me. They have always helped me with any questions I have regarding my accounts or loans. I always tell people to visit and open an account you won't regret it.
