    I didn't realize this hotel has been there over 15 years - everything looks new and has been refreshed. Great location with awesome views. Each time I went to the front desk, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Casino cashiers were super friendly as well. The staff seem to be happy to work there, which says a lot. Rooms are good, nice size with great features. Mine had both a tub and shower, double sinks, which are always appreciated. You don't have to go through the casino to get to the hotel rooms, which was a plus. The restaurants are awesome. Casino is fun and clean. The pool was awesome - lots of places to just relax or use the main pool, which was funky with the levels and center fountain, so fun. There is a movie theater, bowling, kids arcade/games on-site! You can walk across the street to the mall for shopping and even more restaurants. So much to do - you don't have to ever leave!

    Love this casino and hotel!!! Wonderful service and kind employees! We love the pools (be there early or come around lunch to snag a spot) and the restaurants. Yard house had great food! We had coffee every morning brought to our room and it was tasty. Our room had a couch that was the perfect 3rd bed option for our teenager. Highly recommend coming here. Very clean!

    This is by far one of the best resorts in Las Vegas. Rooms are great(regular & suite's). The casino floor is awesome with a nice bar in the middle. Lots of gaming options(slot & table). The staff is highly professional and helpful and polite. Reasonable prices, good retail and restaurant options. The spa is first class and had me feeling rejuvenated. Love this place, would highly recommend.

    Have to say our first time going here I didn’t expect so much flamboyance. Palms trees, water flowing the architecture is amazing and the inside is super clean. We went to regal theatre to watch sing 2. Great movie by the way! There’s so much to do food court has a lot of options. Definitely a nice place for family to go. Was recommended to check out the pool area which we will next time.

    I have never actually stayed off strip, and I was a pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this trip. The pool area was gorgeous. Bars were great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel itself was very nice. Loved the oversized tub and shower. I would honestly consider staying here instead of the strip for family trips in the future.

    Stayed for a business trip. Company hosted a conference here and let me tell you... Extremely impressed. Service, cleanliness, look and feel, everything was fantastic! Food was amazing and my stay was incredibly enjoyable. I am really looking forward to bringing my wife back to Vegas and we would definitely stay here! Just book it!

    Red Rock is great because it's about 15 minutes from the strip. The check-in was cool because it's free parking, the rooms are nice, casinos felt a little bit tight not loose as I wanted. All the food you can eat is located close to the hotel. The only bad thing was since it is Winter the main pool is closed and there were only two small pools available.I would have loved to sit in the jacuzzi. I would suggest taking the Red Rock scenic route in the park you can see some wonderful rock formations there's a small fee to enter. Overall it was a great time to come since it was only about 70 degrees during the day with a Chile 54 at night. Gracias

    I will never go to the main strip again! This place is the best for families and adults. Tons to do all in one location. Gambling was great, rooms were great, and lots to do for teen kids. Food and drinks were amazing at the various restaurants. Lots of wheel of fortune slots, which is my fav. I had more fun here than I've ever had staying on the strip.

    The rooms are great. Nice facilities, loved the swimming pool. We stayed at red rock for my birthday. The only complain we have was the noise in the hallway. A lot of kids running around and drunk people screaming at nights. We had to calls security a few times. The walls are also thin. You can hear your neighbors coming in and out of rooms. But overall it was a good experience.

    Stayed March 5-7 for my 1st time. Had high hopes but was not too impressed. The room was nice and restaurants convenient but my overall complaint is with the outside noise from neighbors, vacuum machines and plumping. Little did I know at check-in my room on the 5th floor is also the Conference room floor. The thin room walls could not keep the loud TV from my neighbor quiet. At 5:00am an industrial type vacuum started cleaning and ruined my night of sleep. At 7:00am my bathroom pipes started squeaking from all the floors above me using their shower/bath. I did mention it was my first stay at check in and the front desk lady decided to put me on the loudest floor unbeknownst to me. Sadly I don’t see myself coming back to stay anytime soon. Peace and quiet while I sleep is a top priority for me and it’s too bad this resort could not provide it. I complained at check out and another front desk lady took off one night of my resort fee off. It was a nice gesture but considering the pool was closed, nobody really uses the gym in Vegas and the parking was already free it did not do much for me.

    The red rock is a gem off the traditional "strip" of vegas. Great selection of slots, tables and craps tables. The pool is also great, with plenty of seating and servers. Just get there early to be sure you have a good spot in the shade. The on-site movie theaters and bowling alley is just a cherry on top!

    Very nice hotel. The pool area is a lot of fun. The bowling alley was well maintained. The 4dx movie theater is phenomenal. I saw Top Gun Maverick there almost got bounced out of my seat a few times.

    Beautiful Resort. Modern, chic, and clean. I had a mountain view suite the gorgeous pool area. My only complaint is that the pool area was closed for an event and hotel guests couldn't access the pool during the warmest day during the week of my stay. That was a massive disappointment because I didn't get the opportunity to lounge by the pool during my 4 day stay. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this resort.

    Family friendly hotel that has it all. You do have to walk past the smoky areas to reach the restaurants, fast food eateries, bowling alley and theater. So if you're sensitive to smoke, wear a mask.

    The nicest hotel I have stayed in in a while. Only stayed one night and used late check-out at 2pm which was nice. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The pools were amazing. The only critique I have were the jacuzzis were luke-warm and did not get very warm and no where near hot. Not the most appealing hotel for families, we had our three kids with us and felt a little like the other guests looked down on us. No smiles just looks of discern. There were other families there which made us feel a little better, but for a place with a Kids Quest (which we did not visit) I felt out of place with them. ALL the staff especially the housekeeping and pool servers were amazing and went above and beyond. Overall, we can't wait to come back to this beautiful hotel.

    The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean! The pool looks amazing and there is a movie theater and a bowling alley. Definitely recommend for people that like to stay in a luxury environment. Attentive staff, would whole heartedly recommend!

    I am a local, and I have stayed in many properties in the city . This property is very special. Red Rock is elevated, and the service is top notch! Not a single person that I interacted with in the property was a unprofessional or mean. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and happy to be there. You can tell when the people that works there loves being there. I’m definitely coming back soon!

    Fun, locals casino. Double pay Bingo and good jackpots. Good variety of restaurants and fast food. The bartenders at the Rocks Lounge are awesome. Video blackjack with the great music and my favorite server Jenny is a great way to spend an evening.

    Me and my family stayed at Red Rock Resort for couple nights, here are the pros and cons: Pros: The resort is nice and very easy to navigate comparing to most Las Vegas Resorts! The check-in process was quick and the hotel elevators are near the lobby, the pool area is next to the elevators' and you don't really need to go through the casino. They have good number of restaurants The Kids Quest is great for families to drop kids and enjoy some time at the bar or have a dinner. Airport shuttle is a good service. Cons: They say the hotel was remodeled In 2020 but doesn't seem the rooms were included in the renewal process. The room wasn't really clean, lots of dust, my wife started wiping the whole tops and cleaning the room! We had bad experience on our first day the water was shut off around 7:00pm without notice and didn't come back till next day after 6:00AM and when I called they said we're sending water and I received 5 mini water bottles!! (See pics) Barely was able to use it for brushing our teeth and had to buy water and use for washing and other needs! Next day when the water came back, it was dirty water, let it run for a while and was still dirty! (See pics) Also we had on both nights a weird whistle sound that lasted time for about 15-20 mins and not sure if it was fire alarm or something else! No club, dj or live music in the resort.

    My niece took me here with the rest of the family and it was worth every minute of it. We went here to camp for the weekend. I cannot ask for more. It is a place where all you see is mountains around you and one mountain with snow over the top. What a stunning view. So relaxing. Indeed it was, for me, a cure. Wild horses running around. The sound of birds. And many other relaxing things. It was worth it. Beautiful Lil town up the road, with their own school and, fire station. So many trees. I recommend this place if you need to get away from the city. You will never regret it. And for $99 for a whole weekend, is worth it. Try it and see for yourself.

    Absolutely amazing! Best hotel off the strip. Wish we'd stayed here longer than 1 night. Was hands down the best sleep we had the whole trip and staff was excellent. We upgraded to the suite and it was mindblowing. I would highly recommend spending g the extra for the king suite that overlooks Redrock canyon. We will be staying here again when we return.

    I have been to many of the casinos in Las Vegas, played the casino, ate in their restaurants, stayed in their hotels, gone to their spas, and used their in-room dining services. Red Rock beats even the big guys on the Strip in every category! The restaurants here at Red Rock alone have better quality and service than many of these "5-star" celebrity owned restaurants. I've even told the waiter to let the chefs at Osteria and T-Bones that they put a certain angry chef's kitchen to shame. Blue Ribbon Sushi has some of the freshest sushi I've had in town- not my number one spot, but it's a very close second. Even the Lucky Penny is a great place and serves good food at a very fair price. The hotel rooms are pure luxury. They are comfortable clean and well maintained. Great views of the mountains and city. Services like room service still exist and is served on plates with actual utensils on a table. Other places either discontinued it during/ after the pandemic or deliver it cold in paper bags in take-away containers with plastic utensils that can't even cut through the food. Unlike the other guys, I can still order my burger and wings after getting to my room after having a good night in the casino. The table games are actually very good compared to the others- a very decent minimum but some of RR's table have higher maximum bets on side bets than some of the Strip. Play moves at a better pace with many dealers that can deal, talk, and engage with the players. I feel less upset losing a grand or three (lol) here just because the dealers are nice. What I'm saying is Red Rock is one of the best in Vegas and deserves the awards it won. If my friends ask for my recommendation, it's Red Rock.

    Review is for Casino only. Don't bother playing the blackjack tables. They only have double deck blackjack. Trust me. You'll lose most hands. (I only play blackjack and can't give a review of the other table games they have on offer or how the slot machines are).

    I took my sister in law here to have lunch at Lucille 's, everything was delicious! This casino is very classy and a bit more upscale venues. The waterfall outside of the casino sets the tone for the whole experience when you visit. Lucille's BBQ restaurant has a live band that peforms!

    I had fun! I went in for a movie date and ended up having drinks and dinner. It went like this. Watched a movie, played some live keno (that was fun!) Went to the bar after a couple rounds of keno and finally ate at the steakhouse all the way in the back!

    A beautiful hotel that open in or around 2006. The property reminds me of the Biltmore. This property used to feel remote back when back in 2006, but in 2022 I-215 makes the resort very easy to access. The property has several restaurants and a food court with price ranges from about 7.99 to 200+ for a single meal. The property has a bowling alley and a movie theater.

    Just went there to meet friends for lunch, so I can't give much details. Food was good, service good, I checked the room rates, way,way high of a hotel this far from the strip. Also, the place is huge. If you ever got drunk, you might never find your way back to your room. I was stone cold sober, and had to ask directions back to valet parking

    First time staying here the view was nice on 10 floor casino had movie, arcade and restaurants. The pool area is staffed beautifully. There is a near by outlet in walking distance with more fus stuff to do. Time spend there was a blast.

    Generally good. It is so dry that I had to use lotion. But their lotion made me breakout and itchy. Elevator was inconsistent. Sometime you have to use your card 5-10 times to finally get an elevator. WiFi was slow and sometimes could not connect. It's a decent place, but not where I would go out of my way to go.

    Better not be on a budget for this place, this place will dollar and dime you to death. No pay outs on coins, tight slot machines, they even squeak, then don't take anything from the mini bar, 8 dollars for a mini bottle, they are trying to make up for lost revenue during the pandemic, slots rarely pay out and there really is no quiet place in the hotel

    $30 for non hotel guests to enter the pool! Be sure to get there early to ensure a spot! Shoutout to john for looking out for me and the wife! Margarita pitcher is $64! Also you can order a wide selection of food and have it delivered to you!

    Lovely resort style hotel! Nice pools, fantastic rooms and courteous staff. BUT the bars inside are outrageously expensive! BUT it's very close to and even attached to lots of great cost effective options! Walk to the attached Yardhouse or accross the street to downtown Summerlin. Would definitely stay again.

    Love their bowling alley. My son and I had an amazing time. They had bumpers for him and even a fixture to roll the ball down to make it easier for him to bowl. Good times!!!

    My husband and I went for a babymoon trip and had a really great time! This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to get some good pool time while avoiding the craziness of the strip. The pool was great and had plenty of seating, plus the poolside service staff were super friendly. The only things that bothered us were that we weren’t allowed to use floaties, which wasn’t stated on their website or their pool rules (and I had bought a special pregnancy floatie just for this trip). We also could very clearly hear the conversations of our neighbors through the walls at night, and although the staff said they would do something about it, they never did.

    Went here for some socializing. Lucky Bar has a great DJ. Restaurants are wonderful.Had sushi at the sushi bar and a fabulous bread pudding. OMG it was sticky sweet..yum..FUN CASINO!!

    Stayed here to celebrate my son’s 5th bday and we all had a blast! Best way to do Vegas with a family is at the Red Rocks hotel. Pool with DJ was fun, Kids Quest is phenomenal and the food is amazing. Thanks for your great service.

    RR is our FAVORITE resort. So clean, very high end and exceptional service. Our favorite restaurants are t-bone and the lucky penny. The pool is equally amazing.

    Way off the strip, rooms were the best I have seen, different price range for eating from panda express to 150.00 steaks. Shops inside have very little but there are strip mall and chevron within walking distance.

    DISABLED? Just visited to see a movie. Since it's hard to get through on the phone and when you pull up the movie theater it can be confusing. There's a LOT of prompts and there are two theaters at Red Rock- so it's hard to tell which one you're dealing with: BTW~If you are disabled 1. call the Main Hotel 2. ask for security /ask them to bring you a wheelchair out to parking Takes about 5 minutes. It's a LONG walk to the theater.

    This is a beautiful hotel to stay at .. I'd not on the strip but if you like more of the calm vibe this is definitely for you the vew was amazing the service super nice...The rooms are definitely beautiful with marble rr, foodis delicious and the casino is very nice as well. They are also known for their spa services witch I didn't use but will definitely come back to try it out.

    First time here. My wife and I are local, so we didn't stay at the hotel. The casino has a large variety of slots and table games. If had to say 1 negative thing about the layout of the floor, I would say it's a little too crowded with games. They are not spaced out very far, so walking around might be a problem if you don't like crowds.

    This hotel was awesome. Rooms, awesome. Pool, amazing. Food was good and there were stores and a shopping center right across the street. Its also right off of the freeway and close to the Vegas strip.

    Every time I'm in Vegas I make a point to get my hands on RR. Delightful atmosphere, friendly staff, gorgeous ambience and wonderful lobster risotto at Osteria Fiorella. Nice to have a place off-strip not over crowded by annoying tourists and with a residence in Summerlin it's that much better. Who doesn't love 72 bowling lanes?! :-)

    Positive: Honestly everything. As a local I think this is my new favorite place. Negative: Only complaint is the fridge in the room... u can't store anything you want cold. The drinks in the fridge aren't cold. And I definitely could not find the ice machine. Another guest and I were both roaming the floor looking. We both gave up.

    I LOVE this place. The steakhouse is amazing !! The rooms are beautiful !! The only reason I gave it four stars is that the bingo hall changed its program....no triple pay anymore. We spent more time at Southpointe bingo as they have many more ways to win.

    I go here mainly to watch movies at the theater, take the kids to the arcade and go bowling. Top notch resort off the strip and close to Red Rock Canyon for outdoor adventures. Love this place.

    The Penny Cafe has raised its prices alot and changed some of the things that they have in the menu. Usually I would give it a five stars but I'm bringing down my ratings because the prices went up and the quality of the things that they're putting in especially their dinners and appetizers,soups that you can go to an expensive restaurant and pay these prices. It's a cafe not a Michelin restaurant . Mr Fertita needs to pay his workers more and unionize this is ridiculous we're not going to pay for his daughter's 32 million dollar wedding by raising the prices greed has become crazy in Vega$

    At reservation, make sure to select Staycation as a local so that the resort fee is waived. Pre-register before check in (3pm) and they’ll let you know if a room is available for early check in (for no fee). The bell desk can store your items and front desk can issue you a pool key while you wait.

    Lovely resort style hotel! Nice pools, fantastic rooms and courteous staff. BUT the bars inside are outrageously expensive! BUT it's very close to and even attached to lots of great cost effective options! Walk to the attached Yardhouse or accross the street to downtown Summerlin. Would definitely stay again.

    The main reason we stayed here was for the cousins 50th birthday. The suite was pretty cool but the bowling experience at the "private" bowling lanes was just okay. The catering was perfect for the occasion but the ball selection and lanes were horrible and the attendant kept changing the games we were on for one reason or another. Would have expected better for this kind of $$$

    We did not stay at the resort, but we did pick this as our Casino of choice during our 8 days in Vegas, They have bowling lanes, several restaurants and a 16 cinema movie theatre. The only downside we had came from guests that were disruptive and chanting political slurs about our government which had a January 6th over tone. With my bride feeling uncomfortable we quickly left since there was sign of the stopping and a lack of visible concern from security and staff.

    On 6/5/22 my friends and I approached a poker table and showed our IDs. One of my friends lost a lot of weight and they publicly humiliated her and said “that’s not you on the ID and denied her access to the game. KEVIN the tables manager is a bad person and deserve discipline so he won’t make another person fell like that again. We showed her social media, credit cards, and more and still got denied horrible and emotional and embarrassing experience.

    I was not impressed. i did notbstay at the hotel, but did visit the bars and casino. The customer service is very poor, which is a reflection of management. This does not compete even with the Suncoast when it comes to customer service, in my opinion! And the Suncoast is not close to Casino Hotels on the strip.

    Stayed here a few days it was an ok casino that is fairly big but it is quite the distance from the strip which i didnt like nut other thsn that it wad popping there and the machines were smacking!

    Prices of everything was ridiculous Steak house was good but $95 for a ribeye with side dishes and starters over $12 each for a local casino that’s just too much But the real kicker which made my mind up never to come again was at the pool you can’t even bring water so we ordered a bucket of small Fuji water 6 bottles $40 now that just stealing from the people I travel all over the world and never paid that much for water that’s really high way robbery Never again will I return to any so called locals casino Stations property You should be ashamed of yourself

    Whoever DJ Irize is...we need him there he really made the place come alive in a way I haven't seen here yet we need him back regularly I like him he had every generation coming together laughing singing bonding together...the rich the broke the different races everyone was all dancing and buying more drinks and staying longer for him we didn't want the place to close because our servers and him they were freaking so awesome and great I gotta see him again hope they have him here more...let me know cuz that'll be the days I come in to get my drink on.

    Automated craps machine decided to randomly malfunction when the point hit and didn't pay winnings, and then a bartender damaged beyond use my credit card before a trip. Guest services didn't help at all. Stations Casinos customer service has never been anywhere near acceptable. Was here for a meeting but now nothing will ever get me to return here.

    Was super disappointed with our stay here. My husband is from Vegas and was recommended here by family. We were staying to celebrate our anniversary and sadly we spent half of our anniversary moving rooms all evening after check in. After getting into our first room I went to sit on the bed and noticed my socks were getting wet by the carpet right by the bed. We called and let them know and they moved us to another room (same style and size) After loading our suitcases into the second room I noticed when putting my suitcase on the cushion on the end of the bed had sticky candy or soda along with crumbs all over. We called the service desk again and I politely asked to be properly accommodated as we have already spent 2 hours just moving rooms. They decided to put us into another room still same style and design and for some reason on a lower floor so not the best view. again the tub was moldy and not clean as we had planned to use the bath. I took pictures of it and we decided to go down to the lobby this time to show them the pictures we had taken. I showed the manger in the lobby and was ensured that he will properly accommodate us and give us a perfect room for us and have their staff check the room over before we moved once again. He ensured it was all “stains” and that everything is wiped down and sanitized. The bell hopper helps us move again and we were explaining to him how we have had to move to 4 rooms now due to the rooms definitely not being cleaned properly. We get to the room which also was the same as the others (so we weren’t properly accommodated) and the bell hopper offers to look around to make sure the room is also clean. What do you know, your own staff found crumbs from food on the coffee table beside the chairs. How embarrassing for a hotel to have to send housekeeping to clean things they missed at 10pm while we are in the room. I’m upset that the manger would lie to our face and ensure all surfaces cleaned and that they even checked Over the room. Our entire first anniversary was ruined by this issue, we spent 3 and a half hours just to settle with another dirty room and all we asked was for our room to be properly cleaned and sanitized especially with Covid. We couldn’t make our dinner reservation and had to cancel our tickets to our show. We were so upset about this hotel and it was definitely not worth it being a 5 star hotel. We also wanted to play a game of bingo but we have never done it before and explained it to the staff. They were extremely snooty and unhelpful and left us confused half of the time of playing. The staff besides the bell hoppers were not professional or even helpful and I’m saddened that our trip was ruined by this hotel.

    The resort was kept clean. The room was nice. There are plenty of food options. The bowling alley was really cool, the kids enjoyed it. There's even a movie theater if you need a relaxing activity. I love that they enforce masking, it added a sense of well-being to my vacation. The staff was so friendly, especially our housekeeper Suzan. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy.

    We had a wonderful stay here! Everywhere was clean, rooms didn’t smell like smoke at all. Spa was fantastic and all of our food was so delicious and fresh! We went bowling one night and felt like price wise it was a good deal, especially for such a fun, well kept alley. Free parking was definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend staying here.

    We got married down the street from Red Rock, and decided it'd be easy to stay there for the weekend. We paid for a suite with a view, and when we checked in they had given all the rooms away. We had a room on the 3rd floor with the last door in the hallway that looked at the parking garage our wedding weekend. Our wedding night we were at the lucky bar in our wedding attire, with our wedding party, and got passed for drinks so many times we actually caught a manager before a cocktail server or bar tender. To pay this much, I'd rather just stay on the Strip. The Cosmo has better food, rooms, services and they treat locals better.

    This is a wonderful casino and hotel. Plenty of good choices for food and many different options for gaming. The decor is warm and welcoming and the people that work here always seem to be happy and friendly. There are some food options for the little ones if you have kids. Movie theater, Kids Quest, bowling alley, arcade, and a food court. The atmosphere is lively but not wild. I highly recommend coming here for a visit or for vacation.

    Red Rock is my favorite casino! Red Rock has the friendliest and most attentive staff of any casino. The casino floor is massive and sprawling allowing you to get drawn in for hours!! The resort features a massive amount of dining options - ranging from casual family friendly, high end 21+, and to go. As well as non-gambling activities, such as family friendly arcades, movie theaters, and a bowling alley. Red Rock is one of the most accessible casinos I've been in, featuring an almost entirely single level layout - with very few steps or random elevation changes. Most machines are separated by wide alleys allowing easy maneuverability. If you are going to gamble its worth driving off the strip to visit Red Rock Casino.

    This is a great resort and casino if you are wanting to stay near Red Rock Canyon, or if you are wanting to go to a casino off the strip. Lots of small restaurants and bars around the casino floor if you are wanting a quick bite. The casino also has easy to read signs that tell where you need to go in the casino. A large variety of slots and video poker machines, a small selection of table games, and a bingo parlor for gaming. A great casino for people wishing to avoid the crowds of downtown altogether.

    I love this place and have for years. We make the trek 4 or 5 times a year from Denver. But their promotions, such as 10x points on machines in the casino on Senior Thursdays are only available to LOCALS! So needless to say, I find a different casino to play and eat at on Thursdays. One that appreciates the time and effort it takes to drive 800+ miles, one way.

    We had a view to die for. Sounds silly, but the maid, bell and valets service was the best I've experienced.The disappointment was, like all casinos, smoke. It's a killer location for exploring the wilderness. One added note, the tub is like a big #$@% 4 body coffin. You damn near need a ladder to get out and don't let the nozzle hit you, it's like a fire hose!! But. I bought bubble bath and enjoyed it ever day!

    Best Casino I've been too in Vegas. Not because it's nice, but the atmosphere is great and you can actually get on tables. Only thing they could fix is the AC, it did get hot at times. Other than that it is great. Good food selection as well.

    Very Clean. Lovely family environment. Fancy but also very easy going. Little bit of everything. The layout of this place is the best i have seen in Vegas so far (i live here so i have seen a lot). It's smart, makes excellent use of space and everything is very easy to get to. This is a great place to come to on any day. Bowling, pool tables, food, gambling, strolling.. with the nice interior and exterior, it's just a nice place to be.

    We have been coming to Red Rock for many years. It is the perfect place with children under 12. The pools area and the Kids Quest are the primary reasons for this. For family time there is the multi’’screen movie theatre and bowling alley. Highly recommend TBone for adult dining. The Food and service are excellent. Unfortunately cannot same the same for the Cafe, which has a very limited mente and basic quality. Overall ‘ still a great family place in Las Vegas

    The perfect locals resort with lots of nice restaurants (plus a food court), movie theater and a bowling alley. And of course plenty of gambling options including and huge sports book with giant screens. This is a must see for locals and tourists alike. Enjoy!!!

    Stayed there in May. Great resort with super comfy beds and its own cinema. As with all casino hotels in Las Vegas, there are multiple bars and restaurants, but the big difference is that this is in a smaller scale. The canyon is at the back and it’s not a bad spot for a bit of hiking

    Just got here and I'm ready to leave. No parking for hotel guests only have to try and find location through all the casino goes. Unable to get a luggage cart to put belongings on. Not a friendly atmosphere with persons who have mobility issues. Atmosphere makes me feel like I have to be a mobile ATM and fork cash out for everything. Can't wait for my 4 day reservation to be over, I will never come back again.

    This is a very nice casino. Good restaurants and bar from what I've tried so far. My 4 star is not negative. I will not 5 star the heavily "family friendly" casinos. Call me crazy, but when i'm on a date or gambling and drinking at 10 & 11pm. I find it extremely annoying having to listen to a family of 5 get thier 'stuff' together with 2 kids and a stroller next to my poker table. Other than that... Great casino.

    No joke the best overall casino in Vegas. They have everything you could possibly ask for at top quality. Food: Amazing restraint and buffet that are affordable (get the Alfredo in the buffet:) Rooms: Luxury condos and clean, large ordinary rooms Activities: Pool, arcade, movie theater, bowling alley, food court, slots, etc. Price: Relatively cheap for a Vegas casino

    Positive: The location was very good. The pool area seemed nice. The casino was typical. Our room had a great view of the car parking structure! Negative: Our bed was terrible.Felt like sleeping on a sponge.Either it was old or poor quality.There was no support.Couldn't sleep due to how uncomfortable.I spoke with others in our party and they had the same poor quality mattresses. Would not recommend.

    So disappointing. There were some good things, but the overall vibe was GIVE ME YOUR MONEY! Shockingly expensive. We couldn't even take water bottles into the pool area - had to buy everything there. The rooms were OK, but we heard the pool music in our rooms on the 14th floor. Housekeeping totally skipped us one day. We chose to stay away from the strip, but won't make that mistake again. At least on the strip, the resorts are competing for my money.

    I was lied to by a casino host named Shae and Rochelle after spending over 17 thousand dollars in two days and asking for dinner to be comped and being told to have the dinner charged to my room and then see a host to get credited back. When checking out I was told they could not comp anything at all. If that was the case they should of told me at all. They are other casinos on the strip that would of been honest and comped the dinner. Integrity is huge and this casino doesn't have it

    This is hands-down the best place to stay in Las Vegas if you don’t want to be in the midst of the main strip. This is definitely where the locals enjoy being at to avoid the traffic and chaotic nature of being downtown. Summerlin is a very nice town and the casino is right next to a shopping outdoor/plaza and you also have to see Tivoli Village while you’re at it. The room view of the strip is absolutely stunning and likely one of the best views you’ll get in general at a hotel. Also, make sure you park in the east garage since it is closest to the main lobby and room elevators.

    7 years ago I came to Vegas for my 21 st birthday. We stay at the Red Rock. Out of all the memories I have from that trip, my fondest is by far the concierge that was working. I asked about a vip feature and instead of him just answering with a description, he allowed me to check it out and experience it for a moment. I'll carry that memory my whole life and he probably just saw it as another day at work. This place is clean, beautiful and away from the noise.

I'm a local and I stay at the Red Rock maybe 5 times a year and never has there been a problem. Rooms are clean, staff very nice and accommodate our needs always. We enjoy the restaurants as well.     I was kind of disappointed that my entire 15th floor was without water (4/28/22) for 9 hours. Didn't offer any type of compensation. *The manager reached out to me and apologized. Also reduced my rate on the room. I was surprised to hear from them so quickly. I really appreciate that! I will be back to enjoy their resort soon.

    I've always loved my local casino but these days not so much because they have changed all the old slot machines for these new fango tango high tech machines which I hate. Such a shame I will have to look for another local casino with some old style slots. I had lunch in the Cafe and it was not so great. Not sure what's happened to Red Rock but the gods-that-be need to take a look at how locals are jumping ship because there must be a reason.

    I really liked this casino my first night in Vegas I wanted to travel to this location even though I was 2 miles from the strip. On Monday I arrived and me and my husband really liked it except when we got to the door parking on the side there was a homeless man sitting on the steps to the entrance no biggie! We went back Tuesday and spent a lot of money here when we went to leave this man came up and pushed me from behind with his body and proceeded to the door in front of me my husband was walking out and also pushed my husband as well after some verbal words between my husband and this man while we were leaving he reached over to the side garden area and pulled out a blanket and told us we better keep walking we were east money? We did keep walking to a complete dark parking lot with no one around I was waiting on him to come up and hit one of us from behind. I seen a worker on a gulf cart and told him as I was exciting in my car and he said he would let security know. Anyways if you go here make sure you park somewhere lit up the homeless are literally sitting on the steps to the casino and seems to have some mental issues. Sad too we really liked this casino and restaurants and movie theater! But not so safe in the casino parking area!

    Total disgrace to locals. F this place. They take your comps after 6 months of non use. I went back to Philly for 7 months and came back to no comps. Casino has went down hill BIG TIME since covid. I would never spend a penny there again.

    Although the resort is beautiful, the room service food is Aweful. We told it would be 40min for the medium burger I ordered to to brought to my room. When it arrived it was beautifully presented but outrageously over cooked. When I call room service the representative, Iris who answered the phone, said they would come get the burger and the chef would determine if the burger was overcooked and what they would do. Excuse me? No apology, no redund. What kind of customer service is that? Over cooked burger not a huge deal & happens all the time when you order burgers anywhere, but to wait 40min for your food to arrive then be completely cooked improperly, then to be told the chef will determine if it was or not, and to still be charged on top of having to wait for another burger to be made my an unapologetic, smug receptionist (Iris). Not what I expected from a establishment that is so highly ranked and known for customer service.

    The staff was excellent and did an amazing job everywhere we went. The only reason it’s not a 5 is that the service by the pool was pretty slow and they forgot our drinks a part of our food orders a couple times but other than that it was great!

    Never go to a movie here. Pay the extra and go to a recliner theater. Summerlin luxury, suncoast, galaxy, anywhere but red rock. The crowd absolutely sucked. Yelling out lines to the movie before they were said, kicking my seat, absolutely awful experience.

    Positive: I liked the location. The city light views and views of Red Rock Canyon were beautiful. There are over 10 restaurants, a bowling alley, and movie theater on sight. I liked that they have a shuttle to the airport and car rentals on sight . Negative: The smell of smoke was not pleasant.

    We did not stay at the resort, but we did pick this as our Casino of choice during our 8 days in Vegas, They have bowling lanes, several restaurants and a 16 cinema movie theatre. The only downside we had came from guests that were disruptive and chanting political slurs about our government which had a January 6th over tone. With my bride feeling uncomfortable we quickly left since there was sign of the stopping and a lack of visible concern from security and staff.

    First time I've been there went with my aunt and my cousin it was her BD .So I was confused on how to get are casino rewards cards but we were in luck a lady named Lisa in slots helped us all get our cards and we each got an extra $10 dollars for first time players she was so friendly and personable im going there soon for my birthday too.     Nice Place overall. Rooms could use routine mainenence.. Frameless glass shower door in disrepair and jambed against wall almost could not get out of shower. Very dangerous. Water was turned off at night so could not bathe or goto bathroom after a long night in the casino. check room and request change if not in good working order

    Went to see The Batman while visiting Vegas. Heard about Red Rock Casino watching Dale and Paula ,YouTube vloggers. Movie theater was legit. Casino floor well lit.     Birthday Disappointment Booked the Red Rock Resort for my wife’s 50th b-day. What a disappointment! I called the hotel, stayed on hold for 15 minutes. Spoke with customer service & asked to have my 19yr old daughter placed on reservations. Rep said she could not help, transferred me to reservations for another 15 minute hold. Explained to Bianca that my 19yr old daughter was driving from Orange California (Chapman University) 4hrs away to decorate our room and needed to check in prior to us arriving Friday. Bianca was no help, said I needed to speak with front desk and they were busy! I asked to be transferred, she said they won’t pick up and to call back. I explained my daughter was arriving and I needed to make sure this was handled and to transfer me. Low and behold a nice lady by the name of Guy picked up and I told her my daughter’s name needed to be added to the reservation. Our daughter arrived st 9:30pm & the front desk said it was illegal to let her check in because they had a casino! No one said anything about this important fact prior, or I wouldn’t have had her drive there! I spoke with the assistant manger who had no empathy or concern about our 19 yr old in Vegas without a room to check into. Her only suggestion was to try the JW Marriott because she said they “don’t have a casino”. However, they do and I explained that. I asked if there was anything I could do: send photos of my driver lic etc. I just needed to make sure my daughter was safe. Her response was no, and that she could do nothing to help us. So we were on our own. Called the MGM Resorts where I had stayed before and explained the situation …they had us send over id’s and solved the problem. Finally at 11:30pm my daughter was safe and in her room. Thank you MGM for caring! Red Rock, not only do you need to train your staff on communicating important information like age minimums at check in, hire reps and managers with some empathy! Canceling our spa bday weekend with you!

    Why do I bother staying anywhere else in Vegas? I walk through the doors at Red Rock and it is like coming home for the holidays. The best staff, luxury rooms, beautiful design around the casino and delicious food choices. Noodle 8 is our favorite, with Lucky Penny not far behind. Love the selection of games, too. Video Poker and table games have been pretty good to us. Our stay is always too short. See you next time, RR!

    Great music in the Lucky Bar, terrible service, drinks are weak, servers have bad attitudes like their face will crack if they smile unless you're a man (very sad . . Women have money too but not when you're a B over and over and over . . Even the guy!). Machines don't pay out, sports bar ppl are rude. We just stopped going. Rampart is much better. Different clientele but you are treated better. Just depends what you're looking for and your age I guess. I prefer to be treated well, get a great drink, meet mostly nice ppl, win occassionally and spoken to like a human in the sports bar!

    Everything was nicely remodeled except for the most important element - the bed! Ours had large indentations from use. My back was bowed and it was difficult to sleep on such a worn out mattress.

Either the people before us smoked all night or someone smoked before we got in the room. The staff were very nice and gave us a new room.     Went there to go to blue ribbon sushi 5 stars! The hit the blackjack table.. 2 tables the dealers were not that friendly, when ya lose money at least try to have a fun time doing it! Lol

    I went to the casino. Easy parking close to where I stayed and is off the strip. Not to crowded. A lot of other things to do and close to other shopping and atrractions

    Never again, customer service very rude, not professional , cocktail waitress used cursing words to Vietnam Veteran on Memorial Day, because he said Hunny can I have a bottle of beer, he is 75 years old and was playing with his wife

    The room we had was a very nice room. We had a view of the strip and the hotel had all the amenities you could ask for though I only visited the food court and the bowling alley. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it will be one of the first places on my list when I need reliable lodging in Las Vegas .

    We just visited for the casino. We walked around. I will definitely be staying here next time we come to vegas. It was absolutely beautiful.

    I have a problem with the cigarette and cigar smoke. If you have allergies to this, don't stay here or go here. If smoke doesn't bother you, then go ahead it's a great place for fun.

    Movie theater, restaurants, food court, bowling alley, kids quest, great pool and sports book, plus a excellent Poker room. Plenty of bars to hang with friends & family. Not sure if the buffet survived 2020 though. 6-17-22 went to movie theater. Hate buying tickets at food consession stand. Actual ticket booth closed. Why, don't know. They don't have list of movies and times at food stand. Ugh. Overall casino still the same-good.

    My favorite place off the strip! Rooms are awesome and I have done very well when gambling here. T bones chophouse is always a first class dining experience!!

    It's location is in summerlin ,way off the strip ,I prefer,but it's getting dated ,carpets looking old ,went to theater 🎥 needs a good cleaning chairs worn out ,debris in lobby on floor and register staff confused, I love the pool area and pool policy ,overall I would visit again 4 star 🌟

    Pros: Huge complex with multiple restaurants and activities- Regal 16 theater with IMAX, bowling alley, game rooms, food court, shopping. Cons: Not near the strip so you will have to Uber or drive over there. It will take 30-45 min based on traffic.

    Wonderful hotel, even better service! I stayed at Red Rock for 3 nights and was really taken aback by the attention to detail and overall service from the team. I was traveling on business, having previously lived in Vegas, and chose to stay here as prices around other west Vegas hotels were astronomical. From room service, to the food, to every employee I interacted with I was thoroughly impressed with how much they cared. The room was extremely comfortable, modern and clean. A side note, my AirPods fell out of my bag when leaving and I only noticed when boarding a plane back home. The security and house keeping teams went out of their way to reunite me with the lost items and it further goes to show the level of attention to every detail here. This may well have just become my go to for all future off-strip Las Vegas stays. Really appreciate you all!

    Great atmosphere, I had a great stay. Poolside drinks were overpriced but overall a fantastic experience.

    Do not know what their policy is. But My brother and I were able to park for the night on Christmas Eve. we got there at 2:30am parked the trailer in a back parking lot. We got a good night's sleep 😪 Thanks for the kindness. P S. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe harbor before going to Red Rock...

    I love this place ❤️!! Awesome of everything!! I’m in the past few years I attended few conversations there and the rooms are great. The pool and spa area is my favorite to have fun and relax. Great restaurants and service. Walking distance to the Downtown Summerlin mall and easy access to the 215 HWY.
