    Good luck trying to get anything done with them. You can call all day long and they will transfer to people that sit at their desk and look at the phone. You go up there to talk to someone and the place is void of customers.. yet no one is able to assist you. If your making a deposit or withdrawal your fine.. anything else they are the laziest bunch of people you can ever encounter.

    Financed a car through RRFCU and paid it off. Took several weeks for them to return my calls about getting my title. Then I received the title and they never removed themselves as a lien holder. I am stuck trying to sort this out with almost no help from RRFCU.

    Red River Federal Credit Union took out the guess work of me opening a new account. Since I opened the account, the staff has been nothing short of great to me and I would certainly recommend them to a friend or family member.

    Very slow. Bad customer service. Was never acknowledged when I walked in the door. Not sure what's going on with this location. Some workers doing nothing, one texting. Used to like this location. 👎
