Do NOT use these guys!!!! They will loan to anyone they can prey on!!!! If you do get a loan and have misfortune they will call you five to seven times a day on all lines you have. They will call every contact you list. And if that doesn't work they will come to your home like some cheap side show car lot making demands and threats. We contacted an attorney over the practice yesterday.......and before the trolls jump on and say you shouldn't miss a payment...we would not have if our kid didn't get sick and the dang copay got us. These guys don't understand that and will not listen. We will be paying them off in full very shortly.

Very disappointed!!!! I have recommended this place to someone in the past.. but my experience I have had the other day was not acceptable. I went in to refinance a loan. Perry, a worker there was very loud and rude, asking personal questions out loud while others were there. Perry and another associate were discussing someones personal information and laughing about it while I was in there. She is very unprofessional and I dont appreciate the way she acts. Hopefully she isn't a manager if she is, you might need to rethink your staff as a whole.

The people that work here are incredibly illiterate. Very argumentative. And they will mess with your application once you leave. They added items to the "property I owned" section that I have never even heard of. It's very clear that the OWNER(S) will hire just about anybody, no education or customer service required.

After all that is going on in the world today, this company is harassing us for a payment. I explained to them that we will take care of it as soon as possible but that was good enough... they could shown more concern for our well being. Yet they rather harass us before the payment is due which is the 5th. I wouldn't refer anyone to them ever again.

I really highly recommend this place in the past but my experience with one employee totally changed my mind. That employee may want to check her personal life at the door before dealing with customers trying to make payments an never tell a paying customer to get out you dont have time to deal with them. An never never refuse to give their change back then get mad an throw it down. Gosh everyone has a bad day just realize your working in a public place. All other employees are pleasant. And they work with you. Just my experience.

This company bought loan from another company that shut down in town, and I have made on time payments, but they call 3-4 times a week asking us to come in a reloan, I get weekly letters in the mail about it, and they are always calling and asking when I'm coming in to pay even before the due date. No reason to harass me at all, very unprofessional...

The people at that office so rude I wouldn't tell people about this loan company at all I wish Chris didn't go out busniess at all
