Ashley is amazing! Very professional and very reasonable. Payment was reasonable. Love working with her. I've received several loans through her and every time she was extremely pleasant and knew me as a customer and when shed expect my payment. She worked with me in tough situations where I had trouble paying on time. Please see Ashley for your next loan!

I was very disappointed with Red River Credit of Midwest City, OK. I was told that I did not qualify for a loan because I have not been at my current job for at least 6 months. So I was fine at this point, until later I checked my credit report and found out that Red River Credit had went ahead and looked up my credit, even though there was no reason whatsoever to do this after the fact since the pre-qualification process had already been unsuccessful, thereby putting a hard inquiry on my credit score unnecessarily. Despite the fact that they already had told me, and knew themselves as well that I was not approved prior to them running a credit check. I do not agree that was necessary and am very upset with your company. I would only hope in the future, for customers sake, that the employees there would have enough moral courtesy and decency to not tamper with, destroy, or harm any other potential customer's credit unnecessarily. The employee and the customer are already aware they do not qualify prior to inquiring the credit history of the individual, because it is explained they have not been employed for the required 6 month work history with the same company. Therefore, making it totally unnecessary to review any one's credit report. At the very least ask the individual if they would like to continue the credit process despite knowing they've failed already to pre-qualify. This is one of the rudest and deceitful companies in the loan industry. I even spoke with the supervisor and she had absolutely no customer service skills or compassion whatsoever, nothing but loud, disrespectful, mimicking and spitefullness of a mother disciplining her child. Is this how you treat all your customers over there at RedRiver, very surprising that some are given what should be a privileged position with the understanding of what real customer service should be. Instead, simply authority abuse with no one's interest or concern in mind but their own. DO NOT LOAN FROM THIS PLACE! THERE ARE FAR BETTER COMPANIES WILLING TO GIVE MORE MONEY WITH LESS INTEREST. MINUS THE ATTITUDE AND RUDE REMARKS!

So I had a garnishment from them 5 years ago, last year more money pops up on my credit they say I owe, they garnish me again for $174.00 well today I get a message on my credit saying that I missed a payment to them , they reported that I missed a payment after they garnished me. Stay away from this place very bad business practices.

Applied online, was contacted fairly quickly in response to my app. After a few questions and a few signatures. The loan was approved! Thanks red river ! The friendly staff was an additional bonus to the experience

Bad Business & customer service I am person with disabilities & Got sick then harassed Hope the company and office chokes and dies.

Redbox is a great place to rent movies. You don't have to go into a big store and try and figure out where what you want is. The latest movies are here, displayed in a small little Red Machine, and all you have to do is stick in your card, select the movie you want, push the button, and out pops your movie. Then when you were done, you can take it back to any Redbox that is near you. Go early though, because on the weekend they sell out of the good movies pretty quick.

Horrible customer service. The ladies in this office are extremely rude and vindictive people. If I ever needed a loan I would not recommend going here.
