Red Dirt Gun & Pawn W Choctaw Ave, Chickasha

Was told yesterday to come back today and given a price, today they did not honor that and tried to buy at less than half the price they gave yesterday. They are a pawn shop once a price is agreed upon, they should honor it and not change it.

As soon as I walk up to the counter the old man said they weren't buying anything I mean it was a Jack for a house an sum very expensive tool didn't make an y sence why even open

Red Dirt has always been a great place to buy second hand stuff until today. I have purchased a few items over the past year, mostly good, some not. to be expected from a pawn shop. I went in to purchase 2 wireless ear buds and a wired 1 after waiting 15 minutes with 0 help, I made my way up to the counter with only 1 person in the store other then me. The pawn person gave me a price 35 dollars. Long story short Red Dirt lost my business over 5 dollars PS. I was taking a chance on both of the wireless ear buds due to neither being charged and refusal to charge so I could try, Most of the time there is no receipt or unreadable. I have purchased 2 cameras, earbuds, a radio all which do not work. No receipt cash out the door. I knew the risk, and took the chance, no big deal! 1 wired earbud worked I could test there. The other 2 dead. BIG RISK with the same old saying “Everything has been tested!” This doesn’t reflect anything towards Chris the owner.

Decided to go in and look around. They were friendly and helpful. Helped me find an edger for my yard and made me a good deal on it. Also got an Xbox controller for my son. Got home and it worked but one of the buttons wasn’t working so I took it back and they exchanged it for another one with no hassle at all.

I go my leaf blower and laptop out they were very kind people,and very quick to get our stuff out of the back ,then we browsed around and bought a tool box and got a tire tool and a wrench and since we bought a lot they cut us a deal so If you go in there ask to talk to Mike and ricky they are very awesome and kind so I recommend they should get a raise

These guys still owe me a rifle. They stole my AR from me and they know it. The manager had got back in touch with me and said he knew nothing about it. Which was a complete lie. They all know what they did. I still want my rifle I still have not forgot about it. They know exactly what they did and how they tried using the federal laws against me but now I've found out that all of that was a lie just to steal my AR

Not very friendly or helpful. Acted like he didn't wanna be there. Dude you don't like your job find another one but, not in customer service. Cause your attitude towards customers really could use some work.

Great prices even better if you are willing to barter. The guys up there treat you like a longtime friend even if they have never met you. I drove from Newcastle and I can guarantee I'll be back again thanks for the great shopping experience.

These guys are so very unprofessional, extremely untrustworthy and the most conniving people my family and I have ever dealt with. Ever. The foolery of the Red Dirt employees.. Tsk Tsk.. If you plan on pawning an item of value, sentiment, personal protection, or really anything that the employees like and would like to own.. they are going to do you so wrong and blatantly lie, and twist words in order to gain ownership of what they want. No matter the proof or however illegal what they’re doing really is!

Great experience all around good customer service, and the pawns are good for 60 days which is way more than most places. Im so glad to finally have a good pawn shop in chickasha!
