Red Canoe Credit Union Pacific Hwy, Federal Way

I have been with Red Canoe for many years , if memory serves me right then well over 20 years, and have had only good service and experience. As a matter of fact I have never been with any bank, credit union or any other type of banking system for near as long. I would recommend Red Canoe to anyone lookin for a good financial company that cares about its customers.

One person ahead of me in line. Waited for quite awhile but the teller acknowledged me and said she would be with me in a minute. Another member walked in. An employee named Cristina, who was sitting to the side, said she could help me (I guess two people in line signaled more help was needed). I walked to her desk and told her what I needed help with. She started to help me when the phone rang. She excused herself to answer it. The problem is she didn't put the caller on hold or ask them if she could call them back. She proceeded to have a very long, in-depth conversation with the caller while I was sitting there. Meanwhile, other people who came in after me were helped by the teller I had previously been waiting for (and were long gone). Seeing the teller was available, I asked her if she could help me as this other employee still had not. She seemed surprised I was still there but happily said she would help me so I walked over to where she was (and she was great!). Never once did Cristina say she was sorry. Even when she was on the phone she could have glanced my way and at least acted like she was aware that I was still waiting. Rude.

Love red canoe and everyone that works at the federal way branch! Mark helps me with all my loans needs! A+

Personal, Friendly, and Helpful I have yet to stand in a line. I have had to wait for assistance but, someone always greets me, and the wait is never long. I just love the smaller credit union. All the benefits of the Big Sister CU but with the personal, no wait, no frustration. I especially love the drive through Machine at this Federal Way Location. Talk about convenient. I can still (of course) use the big sister cash machines.. but there is hardly ever a line at RED CANOE!!

Can not say enough how good this bank is , treat you with respect , kindness , Jenny went out of her way to call me and save us money on our auto loan , who dose that anymore , nobody i know , you will have a great experience at Red Canoe Credit Union , see Jenny at the Kent office , we did , and cant thank her enough , we are so thankful for the money she has saved for us on our jeep loan and our new travel trailer from Kent RV . Thank you so much Jenny for what you did for us , we are so grateful , sign Eric and Kelly B.
