Rebecca is extremely professional and truthful in the loan process. She works hard and is a great communicator. She has serviced many of my loans and always done great work and closes on time, if not early. Highly recommend!!

I applied for a mortgage on 10/13/2020 with Rebecca Hurd. It is now 11/09/2020, and she has not returned my phone calls, emails nor my co-applicants phone calls or emails. I understand that somethings take time, but the professional thing to do would be acknowledge the people that provided you with our personal information. I know for a fact that our credit was run based on the fact that I have a hard inquiry now for a mortgage. It’s an unfortunate experience for us being first time buyers. I would not recommend going here for a mortgage. I would go somewhere where they value your time and value you as an individual. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Avoid this place.

Becca is the absolute best! She made getting a home loan so easy. She kept us informed along the way, checked in consistently and took time to explain the whole process. She is going incredibly responsive and SMART. She worked hard to get us unique funding for an off-grid property and taught us so much about loans! Definitely recommend!
