He is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from joining him on the inspection where we were very pleased to see how thorough he was. Knowing we were first-time home buyers he made sure to explain things in a way we could understand and gave us a wealth of information and advice on maintaining a home. Due to an issue with access to the attic he even fit a second visit very quickly into his busy schedule to make sure we had all the information we could in order to move forward with confidence.
