I have known JR since 2014 when he was assigned to us by our realtor to deal with our new home purchase, everything went very smoothly and with myself being an independent contractor he helped with navigating all the paperwork to help get us approved. We had a great experience with j.r. and Angela handling are refinance. Our home was in a trust. Jr was able to take it out of the trust, conduct the refinance, and then put it back in the trust at the end of the process. He also locked in our rate at the best possible time. JR and the team at Realinterest were incredibly determined and diligent about finding us a multifamily commercial loan that met our needs. While direct lenders offered very low LTV, JR has relationships with various banks that have more generous terms. He connected us with a lender with a loan that worked for us, and remained our helpful point of contact throughout the process, for a reasonable fee.
