I knocked a star off because they kind of bait and switched me. Other than that, they are a kind company and will help you get into a vehicle. They treat you like an actual human and don’t try to take advantage of your situation or the fact that you’re a woman. Their wait times for the process can be outrageous, but I probably would’ve been more patient if I wasn’t 5 months pregnant and completely irritable and hungry after sitting there for several hours. Even so, they were still very kind and understanding towards me and tried to get things done as efficiently as possible. I love my SUV, and I would do business with them again. The manager also sat with me and told me credit advice on how to raise my score to where I wanted it to be in the next few months to a year, which he totally didn’t need to do. I wasn’t taught anything about fixing or building credit so it will be very helpful to me in the future, which I will start working on now. Manny was great, if you need a vehicle feel free to stop in. They are hospitable and respectful, unlike many other dealerships in CT that I have gone to. Driving to Springfield was worth it to be treated like an actual human being. Thank you for your help.

All this people are making fake comments i pay 500 dollars a month for a Hyundai when that's how much a Mercedes Benz cost a month and they lie to you when they say if anything is wrong with your car you got insurance on everything they lie and the the next door people they want to charge you 120 dollars to take it around the store like they were the best of the best and when to school or work on cars for 30yrs or more i should off get my car from someone else

My wife and I walked in and expected the car buying process to be quite long. We met with Manny. He was really nice. We filled out paperwork, and were expecting to have to go back three next day and for the process to be long. We were there for just over two hours and we bought a new suv! Coming here was a really good different experience for me..this is my first time financing or anything so I was a little nervous but my overall experience with the company and the people was amazing..I was walked threw the process and any questions I had where answered..Jamie was amazing..he’s very knowledgeable and when your doing things like this you want the person on the other end to have knowledge in what there selling!! If I could give zero stars I would. Please don’t buy a car from this place. I purchased a car 3 months ago and the car is no longer on the road. The engine already needs to be replaced. Now I have payments for a car I can’t drive. I contacted service to have them send any information from the safety check. I gave them my number and email, but they never sent it over. Update: finally got my car back after over a month. Paid $4200.00 for a new engine, and they covered the service costs. HOWEVER, the car lasted a whole day and a half. Now the check engine light is on and the car is shaking.

I bought a great used car today. I came in with not so great credit and low income, but Manny was great. He gave me a couple good options based on my preferences and price range, and patiently talked everything over with me since it was my first time financing a car. I went in one day thinking I can never get approved my credit is in the 4s lol (not funny) but I sat down with Jamie a great sales man and he got me in my 2020 Camry the next day, Smooth transaction and great customer service out of Jamie. With horrible credit I was able to still get into a new vehicle. I’m very satisfied with the treatment and process. Ready Credit got me out of a very tough situation with ease, I was very surprised at how easy it actually was. It took a couple of weeks only because of my personal situation but it was totally worth it. I also get to drive my new car with confidence knowing that I have been given a great warranty that covers my vehicle part to part for at least half of my loan time. Seems they move a lot of cars. For whatever reason my financing didn’t work out because of the fact I’m salary and it lists my hourly plus I don’t get enough taxes taken out. Who knows. That’s fine but they definitely have been funny giving me security back and seems to be a bs story. I see that’s consistent with other reviews. I wouldn’t give them a deposit without getting car same day tbh. If I don’t have it by next week which is 3 weeks later this should be a 1 star

Just had an awesome experience at Ready Credit!! Manny was great to work with and very understanding. I was recently in a bad accident and needed to replace my car, however with the accident fresh in my mind it was very hard to get behind the wheel again. He never pressured me into anything I wasn’t interested and showed me many different options taking into consideration what I wanted! Will absolutely return in the future! Also Adam was great helping me to get the numbers I wanted to see in the end!

I went into ready credit not expecting anything but rejection. Jamie was the salesman who helped us. I explained my concerns. He sat down with me went over my options. With not having the perfect credit I got into a beautiful newer car. He was beyond great. Went beyond my expectations. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jamie again for everything. They Sold me a car with a check engine and it doesn't matter the warranty covered it... It still had a check engine that came on every 2-3 weeks. The warranty was over last year and I asked for them to replace the vehicle because the check engine was always there. No matter the warranty covered it!! Because you sold me a car with a check engine on. They did not want to assist without less than $5 K down. This year I have the same car and guess what the check engine issue again. I just had to pay $722 out of pocket for that. When I reach out to Ready Credit, They tell me I need $3k anyways. I'm not claiming I'm the perfect credit guy and life happens. They do get you in a vehicle but they don't care if they sale you a faulty car as long as the warranty covers it. Once is over bye bye baby. Zero Stars

Went in looking for a pickup , but they had none. I was told they hard to come by for people rebuilding credit. My salesman was Manny and he was great. He answered all my questions and worked with me. Was able to get a midsize SUV and I’m very happy with the price.
