Ready Capital York

This has been nothing but frustrating. As per other reviews, there is no personal communication. I get no return calls and nothing but automated emails. I have been on this merry go round for my PPP loan for at least 3 weeks and have over 50 email communications, mostly automated. I was approved quickly and told the money was reserved. Since then I have been told documents were sent 4 times. I still have not been able to sign and have been asked for the same documents I sent in some cases twice.

This company misrepresented themselves. I tried every since 2/21. I had a DocuSign and the information authentication questions were incorrect. I sent my picture ID and proof of correct answer. I called the company today and was told no more money but, I had an SBA # for my loan. Which means money was set aside for me. I was hung on twice and a supervisor was denied me. So you have my information to give to someone else. Because every since I have been receiving calls pretending to be from the social security office saying people are using my information fraudulently. They sent me an contract I signed it. Then I receive email that need an 4506-T. I submitted that twice. When you call and request to speak with an supervisor you are denied or dispersed with a hang up. Mr. Randall Spradlin used a done support ticket to send the information. I replied back advising that I sent that information twice. I didn’t receive no response. I have an update. After this response an escalated email came. I received another asking for my tax transcript. Once I complied the loan was disputed to me. I went from 1-4. Thank you Ready Capital!

Don't use this bank !!!This has been and continues to be the worst experience in my 30+ years of being in business. I've been waiting for Ready Capital to process my 2nd round PPP for over 6 weeks. My business is more than qualified since I was shut down for 4 months by my governor. I've tried 25+ e-mails with an auto reply that their working on it . I also called 30+ times to speak to someone about this and you can only call a foreign help desk that either can only tell you that it is still processing or they hang up on you when you ask for a supervisor. Now the PPP is out of money and they still can't answer me. Ready Capital may be the sole business doe not survive post Covid. Absolutely Ridiculous

Terrible customer service. I received a first draw PPP loan from them, and applied for a second draw from them. There is an error somewhere with the SBA, but it's now a month and 4 days, and not resolved. And they can't even tell me what the error is. I just get bland responses "we're working with the SBA...". I can't even go elsewhere, as it seems the error was on the first draw, so new lenders can't fix it. Stay away!!!!

We experienced a great balance of efficient automation as well as fast human intervention and replies in handling exceptions and/or communications. The first PPP loan was issued pretty fast. The second... we made a mistake, but the mistake in all honesty was on our part...

Absolute worst lender involved with the PPP loans. They will send you a contract then ask for more documentation and then tell you it’s under review again. They completely locked up my applications and made it impossible for me to get the PPP loan money I deserved. I’m quite sure a class action lawsuit is in their near future.

My first ppp draw and forgiveness was pretty simple. My second draw however is a different story. I submitted all of my paperwork before it could be fully submitted. When we they asked for anything it was submitted with in an hr of the request. This was back in January. They keep saying the SBA sent back with an error. I contacted the SBA and they basically said to contact my congressman because this is not an actual error from the SBA. If anyone is having this issue, which I see in other reviews, call your congressman. Frustrated, disappointed and feel like we are left in the dust.

Ready Capital has been great during the PPP process and has been very helpful every step of the way. I would recommend them to all of my business associates and all of my friends. Great job to all of you.

They don't not return calls or email. You can't speak with a loan officer. Possible frauds...story changes w each day. Signed loan approval documents over a week ago and no funding. They have all my personal info including tax returns. ID and banking info. They do do appear to be legit. Use extreme caution!

Similar to other reports, I have an SBA number with Ready Capital on 4/221VIA Lendio. No other info or contact from Ready Capital despite numerous calls and emails. This is especially frustrating as an underwriter from my credit union was willing and able to process the loan for me last week, but could not as Ready is sitting on my reservation number. It's beyond not fair, it feels more criminal at this point as 18 employees & potentially the future of our business is dependent on this. More than days have come and gone. I can understand being behind. I can not condone a total lack of communication. An email assuring the businesses that all is OK would go a long way. Please help! I'd love nothing more than to update this review & suggest my staff do the same.

Worst companny to do business with. I was aproved by SBA PPP Loan and Signed all my documents and I still haven' t receive the Fund. I don' t know why Ready Capital Take so long to fund the money. I spoke with the SBA and they told me that I should have the fund already. Becareful with this companny. I will never do business with them, also they have no comunications at all.
