My husband and I recently purchased a home and worked close with Brandon and Chris. It was such a smooth process for us and Chris was exceptional at helping us through insurance and final paperwork. Brandon was amazing on closing day - he walked through the paperwork with us and explained everything we were about to sign without rushing us out the door. We were able to ask questions and he took his time making sure we were comfortable. Very respectable staff! The building itself is gorgeous and very well maintained.

I've done probably a dozen or so real estate transactions over the last 20 years and my experience with Reach Home Loans (and Chad in particular) was outstanding. They came in really competitive on the overall loan terms (in some cases much better on closing costs) and were really communicative during the entire process. Ryan is the best of the best loan officers I have worked with so far. He is very honest, straight forward and always timely with communication updates and educating us throughout the process of our home loan. Do not recommend. Our rep was Joe Carey. Submitted an application in december and all of our documents to obtain a home refinance and evidently our credit was too low to qualify? Impossible to know because they stopped responding after submitting personal information (bank statements, paystubs, personal identifying information etc). I would expect more professionalism then to disappear and not return voicemails, texts and email after two weeks not a single message 👎👎👎

This is by far one of the most effortless loans I have ever done! The process was simple and straightforward. Recently closed on our first home. We had many questions and the team assisting us, Byron and Megan, always took the time out to speak with us. Overall the process was effortless and we'll coordinated. Staff is experienced and very professional. We would definitely recommend using Reach to our friends and family.

While I am shopping around for refinancing among big box banks, Dylan made a cold calling to me. I don't mind receiving marketing call because 20 some years ago I also made a living by calling strangers in a different country. Days before Dylan's call, I received two similar calls from different loan companies. Dylan is different, he is confident and persuasive, passionate at what he is doing. What happened next is a very efficient process for re-financing application. Dylan is very responsive and never sit on anything, this is characteristically different from big box banks (one big bank told me due to volume it would be bla bla, another one took two full working days to reply email inquiry). When I had questions, he slows down to explain in easy understanding manner and guides me through the process. I felt we were working as team to archive a common goal. The highly efficient process of course deeply involves his back office, he credited Sarah and others for their support and cooperation. By the end of day, my application was closed within 23 days minus two long holidays, it is amazingly efficient. As to their rates and closing cost combined, they are competitive and have clear advantage over big box. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend Dylan and Reach Home Loan.

Dylan was extremely helpful in guiding me through my refinance. I have in the past purchased and refinanced my first home and this has been by far the best experience! I was able to combine my line of equity and my mortgage into one payment, knock off 2 years which I had left for payment on my existing mortgage, lower interest rate by about 4%, and still pay less than I currently was paying.
