Sold our older manufactured home in 4 days. Stayed on top of inspections and repairs. Shawna worked hard to make qs smooth of a sale as possible for everyone. She even tried to facilitate helping the current renters find a new place to live. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

I was interested in a foreclosure property in Baker City. Randy McKinnis was the lead listing realtor so I thought I should go through him even though he lives in La Grande. This was to be my first home and work place, the special location having commercial potential. I have never purchased a home and this was a HUD foreclosure requiring a bid process. Randy offered me no help in how to do this. Doing the financial is part of a realtors job; not just opening up the door to show the property. Randy Mckinnis totally neglected to do his job. Somebody smarter than me used a local realtor in Baker City, purchasing the home before I could figure out what to do. My dreams are shattered. I have no where to live or work now. Do not trust Randy McKinnis or the associates under him to handle your real estate deals.

We recently relocated to La Grande and were looking to purchase a home. Shawna exceeded our expectations. She took us on virtual tours to get us familiar with the homes before we were able to see them in person. My wife and I worked with Shawna to purchase a house that's been unoccupied for a while from an estate during the COVID-19 lock downs. This is not something I would recommend doing. But, Shawna had our backs the whole time and went to bat for us a few times with the lender and title to make our transaction happen. We're very happy with our purchase and appreciate all the help Shawna gave during the process.

Randy was very patient and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. We never felt rushed and he always encouraged us to ask more questions until we had a good understanding. While looking at different homes in the area he gave us candid and honest opinions about the condition of homes, neighborhoods, and busy streets. We are moving from across the country and only had time for one house hunting trip. When we showed up Randy had an organized folder with details on each home, a pre-planned route, and all the home owners had been notified in advance that we were coming by. With our time crunch, we really did not take this for granted and appreciate the organization and forward thinking. To sum it all up Randy made our first time home buying experience a great one, and I would highly recommend him to anyone- especially those that are new to the process.
