My former bank was bought out by RCB. I went to this location to make a cash deposit and the lady in the drive-through failed to mention she has to make a cashiers check to make the deposit since my bank hasnt updated everything just yet, and didn’t explain why my CASH would get a two day hold. She was also very rude and unflattering towards us. I was the one that dealt with her but she was even ugly with my significant other. Very disappointed.

Do not bank with them! Very slow, and terrible customer service. Also smells like an old Grandma's house that's had a coffee pot sitting out for 10+ years. Will never be coming back!

There service is ridiculous I called to get help with a simple problem and five different times I was put on hold after at least 9 minutes of this I hung up on them.
