RCB Bank N 11th St, Collinsville

One of our debit cards was compromised and several hundreds of dollars was charged to our account. Of course this happened on Friday night. Immediately went to website 800 number to report stolen debit card and of course it wouldn't go through. Went to drive thru on Saturday morning and of course there is nothing they can do about it. Advised to come back Monday morning to talk to service rep. So here I sit all weekend waiting for more fraudulent charges on my account. This is horse pucky and needs to be readdressed. Seriously considering changing banks after 23 years.

Hands down, the worst branch, that I've ever been to. The disrespect towards their customers is insane. They don't know basic rules and thus won't serve customers based on their ignorance. Definitely a joke of bank. You'd think they would train their employees! Uneducated and disrespectful.

My son has his checking account at this RCB branch. They are just a block from our house. Drive thru has easy-to-reach ATM. I use this ATM when I cannot get to my bank. Small charge but it would take more gas to go to my bank nearly 5 miles from my house. I will probably move my account to RCB since they are much closer. They have online banking. Son has used their ATM and he has direct deposit I find this service at my bank to be a great convenience when depositing my retirement check. I have met with of their branch managers. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can get change there for garage sales anytime even though my checking account is at a different bank.

I have banked with RCB in Collinsville for 22 years now. Lisa and Jordan are always so nice an helpful. I can't imagine banking anywhere else!
