RCB Bank W Rogers Blvd, Skiatook

I have always had extraordinary service from this bank. Today I had an issue with my account, it was a mistake I made but the lisa johnson went above and beyond to help me get it fixed today when at any other bank it would have taken atleast 24 hours. She even watched the account to insure it was all fixed and my check 3 days before Christmas and Christmas bonus was deposited so she could call me back and let me know it was all clear and fixed. Now that's customer service! This bank has always taken care of me but to me it's more than customer service, they treat you like family.

Why does it take 20+ minutes to get a person on the phone?

Honestly just no problem whatsoever with the Staff and managers of RCB Skiatook. Every project we have partnered with RCB Skiatook has been professional, upfront and on time! 5 star reccommendation for all Especially J Garrison.

I went there and the website say they close at 6 PM I get there at 5:58 and yes I understand you guys are closing down but still the door should be locked till 6 o'clock because it says till six if you guys have to say two minutes extra because you have to cash a check oh well that's what your company policy is you get paid for us coming in there and they close the doors five minutes before it says 6 o'clock either you follow what your company tells you to do and what that set of rules says it just turned 6 o'clock and there was a ladys that was walking out the door the blinds were closed the doors were locked and it's like all right what if somebody can't get to the bank at this time and you guys already closed down for the day when it's 6:55 I don't understand.

Closed Saturday I have to drive to collinsville to cash my check and they are slow as molasses

I was in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes before I was helped. DO NOT USE the farthest lane out, you won’t get waited on. 4 cars that pulled up after me were helped first.

8 to 10 employees or more working that I can count and we are told there's only one that can add my wife's name to my account. That one employee has a line of people waiting for him. The tellers are playing on her cell phone and the others don't look busy. We were next in line to see a guy and they skipped us. Very poor customer service. I've worked at several banks and this place is horrible. 052716 @ 1430

Absolutely best bank around! We have been using them for 10 years and won't trust our money anywhere else. We are always greeted with a smile and great customer service! Thank y'all for being awesome!

I have had enough of the rude attitude this bank gives me. I am finally taking my business elsewhere.
