If I could give 6 stars I would. Ray Orta was absolutely invaluable to our home buying process. Being a veteran of the Navy, he was easy to trust and brought efficiency as well as a strong work ethic to the team. He explained things in detail, worked quickly and accurately, and helped me close the deal in far less time than expected. We never thought we can have a house on our own since our credit is not so good and no $$$ saved. I have been applying and they say the same thing. " I can help u but you need to improve your credit n pay off some of your loans" may take a year or two and need a lot $$$. But Ray and Ana Orta made it happen. Ray is an exceptional loan office officer! While working with him he was honest, dependable, consistent and patient throughout the process. After talking to so many lenders I randomly found Ray by luck! When I started working he first took his time to shop around for the best interest rates for my mortgage. As loan officer and me a first home buyer, he made sure he explained everything in detail step by step. I have worked with so many people, and it still amazes me how he has always been punctual responding to emails promptly, and available to take calls for questions. While working with him, I never had to follow up on anything rather he made sure I was updated ahead of time. We closed on home on the promised date. This was all done while I was in a different state and I can say it was all a walk in a park because of Ray. He is truly a man of integrity and once you work with him know you have also found a family as a loan officer. If you are looking to buy a home and want a loan officer who will have your best interest at heart, who will find you good interest rate and will communicate with you though out process and help you will win then Ray is right guy.

Ray was one of a few loan officers suggested by my agent, and when I saw he was a veteran, I decided to give him a call. I knew that having a good loan officer can make or break a deal, and Ray's precision and professionalism was obvious from the first conversation. He and his team made everything easy, which was a relief as a first time buyer, and the entire transaction went flawlessly. This guy not only knows his stuff, but he was very friendly, always available to answer all of my many questions. He even showed up at the signing, which he made sure was early, to accommodate a previously planned vacation. I would recommend Ray to anyone, but especially those who are unsure of all the in and outs of buying a new home.
