We worked with Ray to refinance our home loan. The experience could not have been smoother. The critical part was Ray's clarity and his ability to listen, understand our needs and help us understand our choices. The day of the signing, everything was in place. This happened only because Ray and Chris made clear exactly what they needed from us and from the Title company. Ray took the time to explain each document (and there were many). He helped us to be comfortable in a challenging and vulnerable situation. We could not have asked for a better guide though this process.

This is the second financing I have done through Ray Giampaoli and the most important thing I have learned is that you can put your complete trust in him. If he says it's time, he means, do it now! All the paperwork is completed smoothly, and his staff is efficient and most importantly, no question is too small. Unlike big banks, credit unions, and other mortgage brokers (all of whom I have experience with) I was never treated as if I was a nuisance. I never worried that Ray would be unable to complete my project and would never use anyone but Ray for financing.
