Excellent service and was constantly kept up to date on the progress of the loan. The app Rate Rabbit has created is very intuitive and easy to see exactly what the status is on the loan process. As for the interest rates, RR was very competitive with everyone else. Overall, I would definitely recommend Rate Rabbit!

We just closed our refinance loan through Samuel Sheldon's Team at Rate Rabbit Loans. We are very pleased we chose RR to do our refinance, Samuel and his Team all worked so smoothly together with the RR App it made the whole process very easy and fast. We were surprised how easy and secure the process was after having had bad previous past loan experiences. Samuel gave us the exact loan that we needed to fit our situation on day one-which never changed from terms he quoted through Close of Escrow. By the end of day one we had all terms quoted,we applied, using Rate Rabbit App-which makes uploading necessary Documents, secure and easy we were amazed. No waiting around for loan agent to return calls or running to overnight documents over and over again then wait for approval plus terms, it was done first day! In fact it was so easy we were leery, but applying online with the RR App was very user friendly and self explanatory. Plus we could check on our loan process-Documents needed or already uploaded-at all times by simply logging in at RR App which shows every step of process. The few questions we had during the process Loan Officer Samuel or Rebecca (Senior Loan Processor) were very prompt to respond right away with the answers. The whole process was smooth,easy, efficient and secure. Our home appraisal was done by local appraiser-Melissa, who was timely, professional and who also very knowledgeable of the market in our area. The Close of Escrow was also stress free from early review of Docs to signing,Mandi at National Fidelity Title-was so easy to work with. The actual signing of docs, was made easy due to a organized knowledgeable Notary-Jesse, who was on time, professional so well informed that all our questions were answered completely. All in all we would definitely recommend Rate Rabbit Loans to anyone who is looking for a relatively stress free, secure and easy to work with professional home loan. Matthew Brown and the RateRabbit team were terrific. They were helpful and responsive, even during the holidays. As we got further into January, they worked around my busy schedule as I was working full-time, going to school full-time, dealing with a sick parent, and being a parent myself. They helped me fix a problem with my estimate - I was missing a CO detector on one of my levels, and they got the estimate updated without scheduling a second visit. At the end of it all, they got me the rate I wanted for the closing costs they promised. Bravo!

Rate rabbit had very competitive rates and the team reached out to me right away. Giselle and Stephanie were super friendly and helpful. We went through every requirement quickly. The three stars are because of the long time for final approval and funding. It took us almost a month to fund after it had been approved. This isn't my first refinance and I know that is unusual. Fortunately my rate was honored but I'm not sure it would have been if rates had spiked. It seems like they're understaffed and it's affecting their process. I hope they’re able to staff up and become a 5 star!

The process was very easy. They give you a personalized list of to do items and it was easy to upload all the documents and keep track like a check off list. You can see all the documents from the lender and what you have sent them anytime online. They keep you informed along the way and we were able to close our loan in less than 30 days. The closing was done at our dining room table with a mobile notary and that was so efficient and convenient. I have not heard from new mortgage holder yet, but I hope that will be a smooth process too. I would recommend Rate Rabbit and Alexandra Gros and all those who worked with her.

The Rate Rabbit site was user friendly for uploading documents and electronic signing made it easy to take care of action items. The interest rate on my loan was the best I'd found and the difference in rate (and origination/other fees) using Rate Rabbit versus what other lenders would have charged will save me tens of thousands of dollars over the life of my loan.
