    Just purchased my new (to me) Ford F-150 . I drove from Austin TX to Garland in search of a truck with specific features I was looking for . Jackson was very helpful and found the truck I was looking for with less miles. We drove away with our truck on Saturday evening . They were able to give us a last minute detail. Although it was not perfect I was appreciative of the effort as they only had one man on staff to handle all of that truck on his own. Our transaction appeared to be pretty smooth and it was fun to sign the digital papers. That next week I received a phone call that during the process of signing the paperwork we missed important signatures on the dealers check. They were very nice and offered to FedEx the papers to me. I didn’t want any mistakes with the check so I drove from Austin to Garland on the very next Saturday and signed the check. They gave me another tank of gas for free. Overall I visited 7 dealerships in the last 2 months and I am glad I purchased my Truck here .

    Short version: Good sales team, after the car was sold they didn’t care about anything. Long version: Came in to buy a new truck first we waited 4 hours just to talk to someone but really wanted the car so wait patiently for our turn. Sale went through with Jose and from that point that’s were it went down hill. Immediately as I drove the car home the check engine light turned on. Once I got home I also notice 2 more issues. Went back to get the issues resolved and everything except the check engine light was marked off as “that’s just how it comes.” It was very obvious the defects were not how the car should look out of the factory. Regarding the check engine light, it took about 2 weeks of me calling about updates because no one ever called me. Also didn’t get a loaner so I didn’t have a car for two weeks. Had to order a part that took 5 weeks to arrive, again had to call for updates since no one called. For a truck that cost $48k you would think you would treat customers better. At this point I was fed up Ford and this dealership. Went you a different dealership that treated me leaps and bounds better. After buying 4 new car at different dealerships this was probably the worst after purchase experience I have ever had. I will actively let people know my experience and make sure to say be cautious of this place and purchasing a Ford vehicle.

    This dealership NEVER fails me. I have bought all 4 cars from them. From the customer service to the service center. Everyone is super nice and professional and they listen to what you want. Eric is AMAZING!!!! Ask for him if your in the market. Or if your going for service ask for JEFF! These 2 are my dream team at planet ford 635 ❤️❤️

    I go to this location because it's more convenient. I WILL NEVER return here again. I've had a few issues but I've returned because I think everyone deserve a second chance. The first issue was I took my 2018 van here because the AC wasn't working. Randall Reed claimed they fixed the AC but it wasn't cooling 7 months later. I returned and RR claimed it was the compressor again. When I picked my van up this time it wasn't cooling. Come to find out my van had been sitting there for 2 weeks and hadn't been touched. I had to take it back to them again for the AC and they finally fixed it. I've taken my van to them for service to make sure my warranty is never in question. I've taken it to them for oil changes and request that they check everything including my breaks.Each time RR say they checked my breaks and everything was fine. I had my oil changed 2 weeks ago and when I picked it up the next day the breaks was making a screeching noise. I called to make sure they checked my breaks and was assured they did according to there records. A week later the breaks was still making noise so I called and they said bring the van in for further inspection. I took the van in on Monday and they said the would keep it 2 days. I called after 4 day just to find my van hadn't even been looked at. Finally the service called me today (5 days after dropping it off) to say that the person that did my inspection is no longer with the company because it was discovered that he was making a lot of mistakes. I was told that their employee didn't check my van and as a result of that failure of service my brakes are metal to metal and I would need 2 rotors. The service manager said that they would give me a $100 dollar discount and only charge me $775. I told him I didn't feel that was fair because I wouldn't need rotors at all if they had checked my brakes the first time. The service manager said they're not willing to give me more than the $100 discount. I will be picking my van up and take it somewhere else. I will pay double the price before I give Randall Reed another penny. Just remember if you take your vehicle here for service you need to take it else where to confirm your service was really done. The make many mistakes but you will end up paying for their horrible work and customer service in the end.

    I was shopping for a new F150 Ford Truck and having purchased my first vehicle from Randall Reed’s Planet Ford I am so glad to have gone back. Additionally, they worked with Ford corporate to get me special incentives and customer funds due to Ford's corporate delay in building/shipping my Ford Bronco. furthermore, they were fair, honest and kept to their word throughout the 13 month build and delivery date of the vehicle.     I remember when I took my ford focus here for a recall and they gave it back to me with the radio not working and the new battery cables lose. Told the rep before I left the dealership and he said it was ok just bring it back with you can and we’ll take care of it. Brought it back 2 weeks later and he acted like he was doing me a favor to put the cables on the battery correctly then told me I have to pay to see what’s wrong with the car and pay to get it fix because his time isn’t free. Couldn’t get ahold of a manager for weeks and then called ford who said they would look into it and if what I said was true they’ll ask them not to do it again.

    Just got a maintenance down on our F150 2021 power boost on Friday. Not even 100 Miles down the road all warning lights go off.. 2 for turbos one for powertrain and one braking systems. Truck has no power. Now we have to go to another dealership . This never happened till they worked on it. This is our business vehicle and we were in town.

    This morning at 9 AM I have an appointment with service department for oil change I arrive 9:05am The service department looks like deserted business and a young gentleman pops out and he was super clueless of what he supposed to do with online appointments. He goes inside and comes back and he says I’m sorry oil change takes the hours and He suggested I go to Kwik Kar cross the street!!! I have been dealing with it location of Ford dealer for the past 25 years and from what I’ve seen this morning I will never buy a Ford ever in my life because I have to do service with them since they’re the closest to my house So my advice stay away from this place if no good service after you buy a car you’re in trouble. Very disappointed with a low quality of this place

    I have bought two going on three cars here. My salesman worked hard to get me approved with a less than stellar credit score. Service department detailed my Fusion after a vacation to Galveston with two small dogs did a great job got all the dog hair and sand outta there! Totally recommend this place.

    Place is a joke. They know there's a problem with the 2012 Ford Edge braking system and don't want to fix it. I had a brake booster replaced in 2020 and it's already gone bad again in 2022 with only 12,000 miles put on the vehicle. One day they called and told me it was the brake booster again and it would be $1,500 to fix it and when I told them they had just replaced it less than 2 years ago they said they would call me back and boy did they telling me it was something completely different and now it would be $2,500 to fix it. Ford knows there is a problem with this breaking system but they don't want to honor it, all you have to do is look online in numerous problems and it's only a matter of time before lives are lost. I now have the vehicle at a reputable shop and I'm waiting for them to call me back and let me know what the issue is. There's also a ding-back girl that works in the service center that's too worried about her hair and eyelashes and I'm not sure what pills she is on but she's definitely on something and is completely a dimwit.

    I arrived about 8:30pm and they close at 9. I had done my research and made my decision before I arrived, even applied for the loan before I got there. I was out around 10:15pm with my keys in hand. Overall the experience was underwhelming due to Covid. It's hard to build up excitement when you can barely breathe, however it was much simpler than my experiences in the past. The financing team was great, Luis specifically. He got me prequalified and had everything waiting for my arrival. I will go back if i need another vehicle...with a 16 and 17 year old I have two more purchases to make in the near future. Make sure to bring your drivers license and proof of insurance (and both keys to your ttade-in). And for those of you considering an Ecosport - it's a great commuter, but no spare tire...keep that in mind.

    I gave the this dealer 5 stars when I dealt with the sales. And after I dealt with the with service I changed it to to 2 stars. Called my advisor 3 times and lift VM in order to get him to call me back. Then when they called me to go pick up the truck I had to wait because he had my paperwork all wrong. Now after it’s time to return my lease I gave this place 1 star. when I leased my truck no one mentioned that I have to pay $395 reposition fee not the sales rep nor the finance guy now I have to pay $395 to return the vehicle.

    I moved to Texas from out of state and needed a new car immediately. I had sold my previous car prior to flying down to Texas. I worked with Avo and he made the buying process completely streamlined. He held the vehicle for me with a small deposit - something no other dealer in the area would even consider doing. He then made sure I got from my hotel to the dealership and made the buying process super efficient. I had my new Bronco in no time and was completely satisfied with the whole process.     I custom ordered a F250 in Feb. and they gave me a great deal, all over the phone. I tried many, many local dealerships but Leigh at Planet Ford 635 was straight forward with me and didn't try to pressure me into something i didn't want. Unfortunately, six weeks later Ford had to cancel my order due to the computer chip shortage. She offered to try to find a truck from another dealership that I would accept. Lucky for me, they had a F350 that was just delivered and they offered it to me with the same discount of the other truck. Again, all of this over the phone and emails. I went to Planet Ford 635 for the first time with my trade in ( which I got a fair price) and 2 1/2 hours later I was driving home in my new truck. This was most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had in my 40 years of buying cars. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new car or truck visit Randal Reed's Planet Ford 365 before buying from anywhere else and highly recommend Leigh.

    The communication there sucks! My service person said they would call me every day to let me know the status of my vehicle would be. They never did! I had to call them every evening! My car was in for a week getting a new motor put in it and today my car was ready. But I wouldn't of known it, unless I called. They would have never called me to let me know my was ready! Whom ever is in charge of the Service guys is doing a bad job!

    I called on a Thursday or Friday to make my appointment. I was told my truck couldn't get in until Wednesday (Aug 18) the following week. During the same conversation I asked to be able to speak with the tech to provide him some information that may help him diagnose the root cause of the problem, the service agent agreed. I had the truck towed to Randall Reed's Tuesday evening so it was ready Wednesday (Aug 18) morning. I called Wednesday to check in on the vehicle and was told it would be delayed until Friday (Aug 20) before before the truck could be looked at. I understand with the pandemic things like this happen although the delays put me in a less desirable position with transportation. I spoke with the service agent on Friday and he mentioned the tech had diagnosed the problem and fixed the misfire on cylinder 6 and the throttle body but there were still codes that may indicate the PCM was failing. I asked if the truck was running correctly and he mentioned it was. At this time I agreed to leave the PCM issue and pick the truck up. Please note, I was never given the opportunity to speak with the tech. I picked the truck up Monday (Aug 23) morning and no sooner than getting out of the parking lot the truck started missing on one cylinder again. When I got the truck home I pulled the code and its P0356 indicating a misfire on cylinder 6. This issue wasn't fixed as the service agent had indicated. I called the service agent around 9:00 AM the same Monday (Aug 23) I picked up the truck to discuss, I was given his voicemail and I left a message. I didn't receive a call back so I called again that same Monday afternoon. I received someone on the service drive and they indicated my service agent wasn't available and they took a message with my name and phone number. To date, at the time of writing this email, I have not received a return call. This isn't the first time I've had a service agent tell me something that wasn't true and refuse to make it right. I'm not going back to the dealership again.

    Repair service sucks!!! Diagnosed a service transmission alarm as a bad battery. Wanted to charge me $238 to replace a battery. AutoZone replaced it for $107. Next day the same alarm came back on!!! Took the car to Ford dealership in Dension and they replaced the transmission control module. Car runs great now! Dont take your car to Randall Reed for repairs!!!

    I took my dad’s truck to the dealership for a diagnosis, as it had many mechanical problems. According to the technician, it needed ONE new hub assembly, a new actuator, a steering alignment and a few other minor parts. They were asking around 1500 for everything except the diagnostic fee, that price was outrageous. I did my own research and I found out that they are overcharging for parts and I can get them at FordPartsGiant for way less. For example I got a new hub assembly, a new actuator, and some bolts for around 360. They were charging 370 for the hub assembly ALONE. I did not go trough with the repairs so therefore I only paid for the diagnostic fee. I got in contact with my friend who is a technician at Toyota and another mechanic, and replaced the hub assembly on the front passenger side. As we were replacing the parts we found out that the actuator does not need to be replaced neither the bolts. We installed the new hub assembly and took it out for a test drive, the mechanical failures were still there. We did our own diagnosis and found out that front driver side also needs a new hub assembly. The wheel had a lot of play and was about to fall apart, I ordered another hub assembly and replaced the old one, and after a test drive it had no major issues. I’m planning to do the steering alignment somewhere else since I have warranty from them. Furthermore, if I would of done the repairs at Ford prestige, they would not have even been able to fix it entirely and it would of been in the shop even longer. Furthermore the person that kept attending me and stayed in contact with me was just starting out and was doing a well job, but his boss or trainer was not being professional with him when he went to him for questions that I asked. They might have a good sales team, but I believe they can improve their service department.

In addition to the fact that they eat their food at the service desk while receiving customers. The prices are very high compared to other auto parts stores. In general, I didn't like it at all.

    Randall Reeds Planet 635, Ford dealership usually takes very good care of us. I recently took my 2021 F-350 in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went fine until I got home and checked the tires. It does appear they were rotated due to the fact that the front tires which I keep the air pressure at 60 psi and the rear at 80 psi based on the door sticker and Ford recommendation, the air pressure had not been changed, the front had 80 and the rear 60 psi, not a large problem because I am diligent in the care of my vehicles but disappointed that this was not corrected.

    After buying several cars from here being a family preference for their service and their cars, is clear that all that is going away . I bough a nice used truck on October 15 and after driving no more than 40 miles the driver mirror glass fell off , it had been glued and not replace correctly. This happen while I was on the highway about 65 miles per hour. This was a very unsafe situation that could of caused an accident . Update : The next day I was contacted by the dealership and told to bring the truck to get it fix and get new parts installed, let’s see if that’s what happens . So far so good ! Update: After 2 weeks of waiting for parts , the dealership fail to take care of the problem . I went back so the dealership shop so they can look at the truck and make sure to order the parts needed. 5 days later they made a mistake and order the wrong the parts . So I was told to return the next week or I was to be contacted , It never happen . I had to order my own parts ! By far it was the worst dealership experience ever! Not only was my personal time wasted , but Gas and work time too. I be calling them to cancel my extended warranty since I don’t want to deal with them no more .

    I purchased my new Shelby from Prestige Ford because they had the BEST price and SERIOUSLY the Best customer service. When it was time for my 5000 mile service I was treated like a King! I met the Service Manager. I met the Ford Tech that was to perform the service. I was offered a loner truck for the time my car was in service. I received at least 4 text updates as to it's status. My car was washed and ready in a timely manor by serviced and inspected by True Professionals! I live in Arlington not even 5 miles from a big ford dealer. They could not even change my oil on an appointment made 5 days prior! Randall Reed's has earned my business!

    I took my 2016 Ford Mustang in due to the drivers side door opening at speeds of 70+ mph and the trunk latch doesn't open all the time. I was told there would be $145 diagnostic fee. That was fine. The service tech could not get my drivers side door to replicate the opening at higher speeds so I could not get that repaired and the latch on the trunk was going to be $1100. There has been a recall on the door latches on other models but not mine. I guess Ford thinks its ok for my drivers door to open at higher speeds. I have a car I will not allow my teenage daughter to drive due to the door opening at higher speeds. I have a friend that has a shop he told me to bring my Mustang in he will fix it.

    Purchased a new F150 Lariat at Reed's and the entire experience was seamless. Found the truck listed on their website and I contacted the dealership to make sure they actually had the truck on their lot. Eddie (salesman) responded to me within minutes and said he'd check the lot. Fortunately, they did have it on the lot and Eddie had it ready and waiting by the time we got there. After a quick test drive and minimal haggling over trade-in value, we drove away in a beautiful new truck. Entire experience was professional, fast and painless. They didn't even try to push all those annoying dealer add-ons. Definitely would recommend Reed's and especially Eddie.

    We had originally inquired about a Bronco that was listed on the website. Noe responded very quickly to let me know that unfortunately it was a customer order and not for sale. I asked him to please let me know if one with came available. About 2 days later, I received an email from Noe saying they had a 2022 Bronco Big Bend in Area 51 blue. We quickly put our deposit on it and drove up from Waco to look at it. After a short test drive my wife fell in love it and now we have a great looking Bronco and a lot of jealous friends and family. We want to give a big thanks to Noe for going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and for making this buying experience one of the better ones we've had.

    First visit to service department since purchasing a Ford Bronco. Arrived at 7am was told it would take 90 minutes to take care of issue. I had a prior commitment and returned at 9:15. Was told it would take 90 minutes. At 10:40 I walked back to service desk to see if vehicle was about ready, as I had an 11am meeting to attend, and was told it was going to take another 30 minutes. I said ok i will cancel my 11am meeting, just need to make sure I will be out by noon. Response was, absolutely, that won't be an issue. At 11:50 I am starting to get nervous because I hadn't cancelled my noon meeting, and was still waiting for the vehicle. I again walked back to the desk and attempted to find out if my vehicle was ready. Was told my rep went "across the street". I spoke with my sales rep (who is a great) and he escalated my issue. Finally was on the road at 12:10, late for my meeting. There was a telling comment from my service rep as I was leaving, "when have you ever been to a dealership and gotten in and out in less than 30 minutes." (I am not sure exactly what this has to do with my situation, because I was expecting to get in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes). But to answer the question, the last 10 times I have been to a dealership for service, I have never even went into the waiting area. Because at Sewall and Park Place they have a loaner car waiting and after showing proof of insurance you are on your way and can return to pick up your car "on your schedule". I wasn't expecting this type service at Ford, but I was expecting communication so I could plan my schedule appropriately. You let me down today.

    I was a bit dissatisfied with the service my very first visit was a oil change. They didn’t even top off my fluids! The very next day my car displays LoW fluids!!!! Than the next visit I just needed my tire repaired. They didn’t even check the air pressure my pressure was all off car was riding funny? I stopped at a tire shop and they checked my tire pressure and made it accurate for me. No car wash after service No feedback knowing I’m a women Clearly you may have to explain a few things! Just not the service I’m accustomed to I guess those good ole boys at (PARK CITIES FORD) spoiled me. I never left there unsatisfied!!! I only gave Randall Reed a visit because it’s closer to home but service like this…I’ll take the 25+ minute drive for Great service!

    Well…. I brought in my vehicle last week July 7th, to have the door locks repaired while under the warranty. I’m entering day 8 (1 week) without my vehicle. I was assured by the service dept rep that I would have my vehicle back well before Thursday. I felt very confident in this dealership as the company I work for has a fleet contract there. Never experienced any issues with that dept, they’ve always done great work and communicate very well. I purchased my first Ford with a different dealership, but since RR (Previous Prestige Ford) had done so well with the fleet vehicles, I just knew I would have a great experience with my personal vehicle. Not communicating any type of updates and no loaner vehicle available, allegedly, and constantly being told, after I keep calling, that they would call me back with an update is just plain poor service. I’m never one to write a poor review but this has me upset in ways you can’t imagine. After the first few days when I called and finally got to my service rep, I was told they had not even looked at my vehicle yet. Was assured I’d receive a call “as soon as I know something.” Few more days pass by, still no call or concern shown. So I call again, (Tuesday), speak with the rep, was told that “the technician had it in his stack,” whatever that’s worth. Again, assured me there’s no loaner vehicles, and that I would receive a call with updates before that day was over. Well I guess it’s still Tuesday in his world, I still have no updates, I’m car-less, and out of $200 so far in Uber/Lyft/Buddy rides. I just want consistent honest updates and most of all, my car back with the issues properly fixed. If the dept is that far behind, I feel I could’ve been told that and they could’ve just had me bring my car when they’re actually ready to begin work on it. Tomorrow (Friday) will be an interesting day as I make my visit…. I’ll be back with an update….kinda how they sh—nvm. Later

    I don't know if this is how other dealers do this but if it is, they get this same rating. The service department should be able to look at your vehicle within the day you drop it off, especially if you have to set a time when you are gonna drop it off. I dropped my car off on a Thursday & it has still not been looked at this, the following Tuesday! I don't know about everyone else but I need my vehicle for my needs! And certainly don't need it sitting a some dealer, waiting just to be looked at!

    While the recall work on 02/21/2022 went fine, no issues, in & out quick, this was the 3rd time I had contacted RRPF to have this done. 2 times using their sites "Andrea" chat, I was told I would get a return contact -on 02/13/2022 (Andrea chat rep = Braum Belvia) "Thanks Gary! I will have our service team follow up with you as soon as possible about your 2006 Ford Ranger. " & 02/15/2022 (Andrea chat = Jasmine Pe) "I will have a Service Specialist follow-up with you to confirm and schedule a service appointment for you. I will forward your information over right away and a member of the team will be contacting you as soon as they're available" *I have transcripts. I was never contacted subsequent to these chats to address my Service needs. So while I needed Service for this recall, I also needed service for the Truck not starting, ended up being Fuel Pump, I had to find someplace else to fix the Truck before I could bring it to RRPF for recall service. If Andrea chat is not going to follow-up or are not equipped to follow-up on service requests, they should say that, and let the person know how to accomplish this.

    I brought my vehicle into the service dept, found out the repair was going to be $4,500. I asked if they could see how much pre-owned would buy our vehicle for. We came to an agreed upon price, I arrive at the dealership to finalize the deal and they did not honor their word. All of a sudden they would ONLY honor the price if I “traded in” the vehicle and bought new from them. I had told the sales rep I was working with I had found an expedition at Sewell and would be purchasing from Sewell. I NEVER said trade in, E V E R. Needless to say, a gigantic waste of two days of communication. The GSM was great, she explained where the miscommunication happened, but didn’t do me any good.     I am George's wife. I took our Ford Focus for scheduled maintenance (outside warranty) and to deal 2 recalls and with 3 problems. From my first phone call to schedule the work through retrieving my car, this dealer's people were outstanding in their service and care for me as a customer. Sharon was my contact. She told me the prices for the scheduled maintenance and deleted the cost of the oil change because I'd just had it done. Most dealers won't do that with a set price for the maintenance. So, FIRST STAR. I asked how long to wait for it and was told they would need it all day (bummer), but they had a van which would deliver me anywhere with a 10-mile radius and pick me up when my car was done. SECOND STAR. Since I use a wheeling walker, I was very nervous about whether I would be able to get into a van. I called and spoke with Sharon again, who reassured me and had me look up the van model on line. She treated me with respect and understood my fears. THIRD STAR. I brought the car in at 7 am, a bit early. Sparkling clean building inside and out. I never experienced that before. Another service person checked me in. He saw that I was using a seated walker, and suggested that I just wait there for the van, which was getting gas, instead of walking the distance to the waiting room. FOURTH STAR. Stan, the van driver, very graciously hauls my walker to the back of the van with a smile. We had a lovely chat while he drove me home. Again, sparkling clean vehicle inside and out. FIFTH STAR. Just as the van was dropping me at my home and Sharon called to go over the list of things needing to be done to make sure that nothing was missed. I'm used to dealers who grudgingly take my car and never call me, and I end up trying to track them down and my car late in the day. SIXTH STAR. Eleven am Sharon calls again to tell me the cost of replacing an item I had wanted repaired. Reasonable price. SEVENTH STAR. At 3:45 I receive another call from Sharon. She tells me the car isn't ready yet, and the van stops at 4 (which I already knew). Since my next day was crazy with a very tight window for car pickup, Sharon arranged it all again with smile, no complaints or saying it can't be done. EIGHTH STAR. The next day Sharon calls about 9 am to tell me that my car is ready and the van will pick me up at the time I needed. Cost for the work is way less than expected. I only needed a fuse and not a replacement part. HONESTY. I was able to prepay the bill. NINTH STAR. At noon, the van arrives 5 minutes early, and Stan calls to let me know he's outside. We arrive at the dealership. Stan races to get my key and bring the car up next to the van. I'm in my car and ready to go within 5 minutes of arrival. TENTH STAR. NO ONE CAN BEAT THE PEOPLE AND SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. It gets 10 stars!

    Just purchased a new Raptor from these guys. The deal was seamless and easy. The manager Sean Osborne really worked to make my deal right. There wasn’t a ton of haggling. They just came in first and foremost with a great deal and worked to make the minor details fit my needs. My sales person was solid. Most impressive was the fact that they had a dedicated hand off person that walked me through the manual, truck, and set up all of the electronics before I left the dealership. This was the second vehicle that I had purchased this month and this didn’t happen at the other dealership I went through even though I purchased a luxury SUV. Most importantly I’m a truck guy. I went through a few dealers to find the right truck. Nothing bothered me more than walking into the dealership and feeling like I knew more about their truck than they did. I really felt like these guys were truck people....specifically off-road trucks! Definitely won’t be my last purchase from this dealership.

    Where to start. Let's see, drove a little over an hour to see what this dealership would have to offer, no this wasn't our first but 5th dealership to visit. Understand We were not in a rush on buying so in saying that we weren't afraid to walk away. Now what did we find when we walked in? Joy, honesty, respectful people and a great bargain. Our Sales Rep Herman was good. Herman stuck close to the price we were asking and was only 10$ off on the estimated payment. Truly can't beat that. The only thing is I forgot about GAP Insurance or I would of tried way harder on negotiations LOL. But that process was exceptional too! This man wasn't afraid to talk and explain either. For our first new car buying experience this is the place people need to come to truly. Thank y'all for staying late, explaining as well as answering all our questions.

    This place has the best customer true service 💙! Orlando is amazing! I’m from San Antonio he answered all my questions, we have been in touch every day for the past week. I told him the amount that I was willing to pay monthly they made it happen. Luis from finance hooked me up as well and they truly kept there word🪄. I was there for 2 hours or less. Everything was ready for me. I felt like I known this 2 guys all my life and they were giving me the family treatment!     Bought a Ford Ranger yesterday from planet Ford 635. The cool thing is we have been looking all over the country for a specific truck. We had called them on New Year’s Day and told them exactly what we wanted. They didn’t have it. Monday morning Gunner called us back and the exact truck had just come in. Gunner was a good listener he was sincere, honest, non-aggressive. It was such a pleasant experience because of Gunner and El Jefe, Joe too.

    I am extremely disappointed in the customer service experience I received at this Ford Location. Prior to me arriving at the offices I did everything online and called ahead and explained I am caring for an Individual who is passing away so this process needs to be as quick as possible and confirmed they had all they needed prior to my arrival. Long Story short, I get into this office, I am told to complete an application again and 10+ inquiries later I see the car I like and the expectations I had for this car were met. I leave for an emergency, come back the following day to finish closing. Without telling me I see there is 10+ inquires on my credit being ran, then they show me a different car without telling me and ran another application on a car I did not allow them to nor was told about. and said that it was the only car could get approved for after I was approved for my original car the day prior. I told them I did not allow this, and either they get the deal we had a day prior or there would be no deal and remove the inquires I did not allow, they then they had a black guy come to me as if that would change my mind to try to swindle me into getting a car and then try to say "well its a Lexus so you'll like it" .Each person I spoke to promised to get the inquiries off my credit that I did not allow. And on December 6th not one person has contacted me to fix their errors. This dealership is extremely tacky & unprofessional and I will be complaining to more places because that was extremely rude and a waste of my time and all of them lied.

    Avo my Salesperson gets an A+ and 100+ for his excellent customer service skills! He explained everything went above and beyond to make sure the sale went smoothly and that I was satisfied! AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM REPEATEDLY, I HAVE ONLY BEEN DUCKED AND DODGED. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS DEALER WITH MY VEHICLE .     I always had a mixed experience with the Randall Reed's dealership family and it still continues. While I'm glad I got the truck I wanted, I felt like the overall experience with Sales, Service and Parts C- at best. With so many Ford dealership in DFW you can get a better experience elsewhere. Kudos to Jerry Jones of Service for taking care of me when I had concerns on the truck. Sales review 8/6/21 - Overall mediocre experience from the purchased of the vehicle to working with the service and parts department. The sales person Jose while not pushy didn't really challenge me on why I wanted the vehicle because I would had brought new if he listen to what I was planning to use it for. After test driving the truck and agreeing on the price. It took over 2 hours to finish the transaction. I made sure I was pre-approved through my bank hoping that it would speed up the time but, it did not. When I took delivery of the truck it was still dirty. it still had beer tabs and debris in the bed and personal documents from the previous owner. Service review 8/9/21 - The transmission felt jerky when it shipped so I decided to bring it back to the dealership. I called to make an appointment and the first service advisor I spoke to (Juan I believe) told me I would had to bring it in to them in a month because they didn't have the time. I explained to him I recently purchased the truck and he said that he couldn't do anything about it.. Dissatisfied I decided to go over to the dealership and demand service on my truck which I only had for 3 days. Jerry Jones the Service Advisor listen to my concern and was able to fit me in but, was honest that it going to take a few days which was fine, I believe after 3 days the service was done and they took care of a recall which was missed. Parts review 8/11/21 - I decided to replace some basic parts on the truck wasn't replace when I purchased it or was missing (Bed drain was cracked and the front wheel liner wasn't fully connected. I made an order through Five Star Ford and one through Planet. The order at Five star was backed ordered and a rep their let me know that day which was nice but at Planet they didn't have enough screws and didn't bother to let me know so I had to make another trip instead of giving me a heads up so they could adjust the order.

    I dont know if this is a real or fake ford dealership. Most of the car i saw(mustang) being 2019 model have more than 2000-5000 miles on it and still the sales man says its new and the price is same as new car. I asked them if its used or service loaner but they still says its new common guys we are not dumb or something. And the price is same no discount. How can someone say a car that has 5000 miles on it as a brand new??

    Gave me a great deal on my Ford Explorer, and I love the vehicle. My only complaint was the pushy finance guy who would not quit talking trying to sell me an extra warranty. I ended up buying the what I thought was the least expensive option, but when I received my paperwork, it was twice the cost of what he quoted me over my original payment.

    We have purchased 3 vehicles through this dealership and every transaction has been flawless. Ian and the management team have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and comfortable with each transaction. the last purchase I made was such a good deal, that I drove 3.5 hours back to Garland to get the vehicle. they had the paperwork ready for me to sign when I arrived and even gave me a full tank of gas as a simple but very kind gesture for my time. To take it a step further, I was in an accident last week and needed a loaner truck, while mine is at their body shop being repaired. Not only did Ian make sure that I was taken care of, but he did this for me AFTER work hours and had me lined out with a loaner vehicle the very next morning, as soon as they opened for business. talk about a class act all the way around!

    The trade/buy experience at the Garland location was incredibly easy, friendly and accommodating. They searched to find exactly the right vehicle for me, and then made the deal happen. The personnel at every level were honest and knowledgeable. My expedition was clean and ready to go, and the salesman went through everything with me to be sure I knew how it all functioned. He even set up my phone and Ford Pass. It was an incredibly stress-free and comfortable experience. It felt like family!

    Truck was taken in for an oil change. Was told they would do the change for the oil transmission. And when they did it the "pump was making a noise" and they were going to replace it. That was over a month ago. Over 1 month ago without my truck for my lawn service job. No rental available no answer on when I'm getting my truck back. No communication on what's taking so long. Every time I call they say part isn't there yet and they use the it's being made thats why it's taking so long excuse. That's the only answer I get but I don't get a solution. They say I'll call you in 2 to 3 days with an answer and never do. When I call up to followup up 2 to 3 days later it's the same story all over again. Have had ford's all my life but honestly after this I'm really disappointed.

    Randal Reed's Planet Ford has a very well organized service center. Due to a recall, I needed an upgrade to my power train module and received notices frequently, advising of the importance, as well as options to have it done. They were set up to even come to my home or work to complete the changes. Then the husband ran over a large branch, which made servicing urgent. Nick was amazing! After checking to see what could be covered under warranty, he ensured that we knew worst case scenario in order to budget, and gave us options to eliminate any costs which could wait just a bit (two of four tires) and potential costs once they actually began into the repairs and saw the extent of the damage. In "the before times", there were many amenities available to make your wait comfortable at Planet Ford. Obviously, it isn't possible during a pandemic to hang out inside, but Nick and the rest of the staff made everything as painless as possible...and my Escape feels brand new! Between my husband and I, this is the fourth car we've bought from Randall Reed's Planet (formerly Prestige) Ford, and will continue to do so as long as they remain as trusted and reliable as they've proven to be over the last three decades.

    Ok, nothing special at all. Not impressed with the service or anything. Had to wait for someone to finally greet me and see if I needed help and it was several employees at their Desk but not in any hurry to assist me. When someone did decide to help me they asked me "Whats Up " I was somewhat taken back because instead of saying how can I help you because I been standing up here for 10 minutes he said "Whats Up". This was my first time coming to the Ford dealership with my Explorer and I want be back. I will check out other dealership to service my Explorer Needs.

    So last time I went and got an oil change they forgot to give me back my lock key for my tires. So I drove all the way to Chicago without my lock key. And then today I had to pay 10.99 here at Town East Ford because apparently Prestige Ford in Garland also forgot to put the oil cap back on! Unacceptable!!!!!!

    I believe this dealership tried to take advantage of me as a young female. My car is 3 years old and they tried to do $700 worth of work that doesn't need to be done yet. They also tried to overcharge me for air filters and said my tires were fine when they were not. Being suspicious of all this, I took my car to a trusted dealership and my suspicions were confirmed. They replaced the tires and said I have at least 50,000 miles more before the other work needs to be done. On top of all this, I waited 3 hours for an oil change. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I had a thorny transmission issue and after being turned away at another Ford dealership I took it to Randall Reed. Service Rep Jerry Jones did an outstanding job. He took ownership of the problem, explained the process, kept me informed, and delivered results.

    All I can say is that they only care about the money. Had a good experience buying the truck I purchased but not even a month later the check engine light came on. I got it checked stated it has about 3 things that needed to be fixed. I was kind of disappointed because you expect when purchasing a car so expensive that they would inspect it before handing it to you. I called the dealership talked to them and they told me they would call me back so they could fix it. Its been 2 weeks and still no call from them. I have purchased 2 cars from a small dealerships and I loved there service I regret buying from here, will continue to buy from small dealerships.

    I took my vehicle in for an oil leak. After diagnosis, they found 2 leaks that they repaired. During checking out the vehicle, they found a tie rod end that was worn and loose. Repaired this also. All was covered on extended warranty. So happy they were so diligent in their diagnosis. I also had them do a tune up while there and runs great. The procedure when checking in was easy and the service advisor that checked in was super and very helpful. I have always had great service. They kept all their promises. Thank you Richard Ziulek

    This is my sixth Pick up truck from Planet Ford 635 and I only needed to go to them to have my oil changed! never had a problem with my trucks or getting my oil changed, Tires rotated, and check ups.     I went to planet ford garland about a week ago To purchase a vehicle and I giving them half of the deposit they asked for, I didn’t ended buying the vehicle there for personal reason and they don’t want to give me my deposIt back all they saying to me tto come back tomorrow that they will be cut check for me the next day. I call every day to see if They my check ready and they keep telling me the same thing over again is been like that for the past 5 days! I will no recommend this dealership to nobody..

    BEWARE!! - I have taken my vehicle to this place before for a recall and everything went OK. In April I took my car in there for 2 issues. I had numerous warning lights lit up on the dash and my Explorer would also not go in reverse......or at least not move while it was in reverse. 7 weeks later and 6 separate trips and I finally have my car back. One excuse after another. First it was not available bays to get the car in.....so the car just sat for well over two weeks with nothing happening. I never requested a loaner car during this first 5 weeks. Next they ask me to bring in my other key remote fob so they could reprogram it after replacing the BCM. I take the other key in and they say it will be about a day. I get a call about two days later, on a Friday morning saying that it will be ready at the day. I wait to go pick it up until Saturday morning and get an incredibly stunned look from the service person. He now tells me that now there is an issue with the transfer case being cracked, which is the reason that the car would not operate properly in reverse. 5 weeks ago previous I told them that it would not go in reverse and they confirmed the issue.....so why not figure out that issue during the 5 weeks that you had the car? Another week to get the transfer case fixed. Ready to pick up?? No. Found another issue! Fast forward to roughly 7 weeks after I took the car in. Ready to pick it up now? Yes. I pick it up and the check engine light comes on the next day and my remote start won't work. I go to get something out of the back seat and see an 18" piece of trim sitting on my back seat. They didn't even put the car back together completely! Not only that, I picked it up and they only gave me one of my key remote fobs so I had to go back again and get that item. I am not blaming the service advisor that I worked with. I blame this on the Service Manager and the leadership of this dealership. One more thing. I am the customer right? One of the other service advisors was making deragatory remarks about me wearing a KC Chiefs hat when I went to pick up the car. I don't care if you want to make derogatory remarks to your fellow service advisors but I am the customer you jackwagon! Have some respect for the customer. In what service oriented business is this OK?? I will gladly drive much further for service from somebody else!

Brad was awesome and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and Michael in finance was great, so helpful, making sure I got the very best rates and offers!     Scheduled an appointment with Lee. Got out very quickly, as he was ready for me when I got there. He kept me updated as parts had to be ordered, and once they were in gave me a reasonable completion date. Once it was complete, we set up a time for me to come back in and pick up my truck. everything went very smooth! Would definitely recommend these guys!

    I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Truly and honestly the best dealership and car buying experience we could have ever had. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Our salesman Ian Wortham was truly the best we have ever worked with and will never go to another dealership again!!! He went above and beyond to find us what we wanted for the price we were looking for. Before we showed up he had vehicles pulled up for us with different options as well as what we were looking at price wise for those vehicles. He did all of that for us in less than an hour of us calling and arriving to meet with him! They have excellent communication skills, follow through with what they say and will do anything to make you comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. The finance and insurance department was great to work with and loved meeting and working with everyone there. Their employees truly act like they want to be there and enjoy working at their dealership. We will be recommending Prestige Ford to all of our friends and family and will never go to another dealership again! We can’t say thank you enough!!!

    Unimpressive at best. During the new car purchase I was often spoken over. The paperwork process was long and we had to remind our salesman that we were still here and ready for the next step. By the end of the process, it was past closing and the dealership was literally dark. We just let ourselves out and drove away because everyone was gone. It was the most bizarre experience ever. We brought up numerous quality concerns with the vehicle after finishing the initial paperwork that we were told “our award winning service department would address”. Our new Platinum Explorer has now been in the service department for four days and has not even been looked at yet for our warranty concerns. Will we be stuck with this Ford Fusion service loaner for weeks? Time will tell. I just wouldn’t recommend this dealership for new car sales or service. Please go elsewhere.

    Ramon made my purchase so easy as well as the other members of Randall Reed Ford. They had a great deal on a preowned vehicle that I drove an hour over to look at. The trade in offer was right around what I researched and didn't feel any pressure during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend you visiting this dealership.
