We have followed Dave Ramsey for a few years now. Nothing but good things to say! When we did our cross country move we decided to route in stopping by. Wow! So worth it! We got to listen to the show live and they give out fresh baked cookies and they have a nice little coffee menu! Also got a free mug. They had a nice play area with books and games for children. Super down to earth and friendly interaction. The real deal!

Ramsey Solutions is a very beautiful place to visit in Franklin, Tennessee. This Christian based business caters to those that want to get their personal finances in order. The founder Dave Ramsey and his radio personalities have helped millions of people get out of debt and be financially successful. I highly recommend a visit to Ramsey Solutions when you're in this area.

Very impressed with the concierge staff who were super friendly and warm! We were served with cookies, coffee, and cold beverages. Dave’s and Chris Hogan’s radio show could be viewed through the glass studio. They come out to greet guests when there’s a commercial break. There’s a self guided tour of Dave Ramsey’s story on the same floor. Just awesome that the building had been paid off without a mortgage!

Super nice people!! Got to meet Rachel Cruze and Dr.John Deloney. Plus they gave me a free cookie, latte, and mug! Definitely worth the visit

My husband and I made a special trip from lower Alabama to visit Ramsey Solutions and meet Dave. The entire experience was wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you're given a friendly welcome and feel right at home. His whole team are amazing people, and make sure that all your needs are met. This is a great place to visit, and I can only imagine how great it is to be able to work here! You can tell Dave takes care of his employees, and we can't wait to visit here again. Thank you Dave and team for this great memory we will always cherish. Can't wait to hopefully be back for our debt free scream!

I have been a lifelong fan of Dave Ramsey and his value and best practices when it comes to money management. I enrolled in his program to be a Financial Coach on4/21. Today is 5/2 and their company is blowing me up. I told them I already run a company and had travel plans, but when I returned I would be very much interested in digging in.....then today I get this high pressure message (see below) STOP THE HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS and exercise some better practices for busy professionals. I can only imagine how much pressure they must put on the consumer. Hope I am wrong. Hey Keith, We are in the process of closing files. Once again just more in awe and raised respect for Dave Ramsey and his team. I've listened to him since 2004, taught FPU, been to 4 live events and have read all his books and those he recommends. We were passing through Nashville and I wanted to see the new headquarters for Ramsey Solutions. We thought we'd pop in and just take a few pictures and leave. The staff engaged us and told us all about the building and all about what was going on there. Dave was in the studio doing the show and they said he'd come out and we were shocked and excited. He signed my book and took a picture with us. It was for me the best thing in the world. He's my hero and a rock star to me and my entire family. It was something I'll never forget. So much thought and detail in the new building. As a Christian it's so inspiring to see God using him to shine a light to the world. Thanks Janelle for taking time with us. It made the visit so much better. Wow!! And the girl that helped us get a picture, sorry didn't get your name (#380) You guys ROCK!!

My wife and I visited on our 20th Anniversary while in Nashville. Everyone at the facility were so nice and accommodating. They truly wanted to make sure our experience was special. Thanks Dave and company.

Follow the baby steps !! Daves road map works , so stay the course. Realize the fact that Dave and his company are offering a plan to help change your life. Rachel is excellent as well. Great stuff. !!!!!

I was in town for the Rock n Roll Half Marathon and stopped by the new Headquarters! Dave has been such a big part of our family tree and to get to see him in person and meet him was fantastic! The moment you step foot on campus you feel apart of the family. Clean grounds. Clean building. Friendly staff! The studio is literally right the the lobby as you walk in. A self guided tour with the history encompasses the outer walls of the lobby! This is definitely a must see when visiting Nashville area!

While visiting Nashville, we made a special stop to view a live show. It was my first time listening to a show, my husband listens often. We were warmly greeted, offered free snacks and was able to take a self-guided tour. The facility is well-maintained and it’s worth a visit.

Our usual Valentine date is dinner at home (I just hate crowded restaurants). This year we did something different. We booked a room at the Drury Inn Franklin Tn for one night. Our plans were to have lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and to do a little shopping/sightseeing. Upon checkout we decided to drive by Ramsey Solutions since it was close by. BEST IDEA EVER!!! We drove up to get pictures of the building and decided to go in. We were able to watch a live broadcast and to meet and take pictures. This is Jeff’s Disney Land-Jeff listens to Dave’s podcast/Broadcast everyday! If you ever have a chance to listen to Jeff and my story then you will understand that we are living our best life and totally support the Dave Ramsey program.

We just popped in thinking we could see the bookstore. We were amazed at the staff and hospitality. Free coffees and cookies. We were able to watch two shows be filmed in the studio as well.

My wife and I have followed Dave Ramsey and his team for a few years now, working our way through the Baby Steps. We were visiting the Nashville area and had to make a stop at Ramsey Solutions HQ. There was great communication with the Ramsey team on making sure they knew when we would be arriving. We walked in, a very pleasant greeting from the gal at the front desk. Complimentary coffee and cookies while you watch the show live. All their products are available for purchase right in their shop. The coolest thing for us was during most of the shows breaks (when you were there live), most of the speakers came out to meet the live "audience" in studio. We were able to meet Dave, Jon and Christi. All very friendly and down to earth people. A big kudos to Dave and the leadership team on how they built such a successful and loving organization for their team members to be apart of.

Mediocre at best. Their methods of financial growth or independence are outdated and based on having a foundation in an abundance of financial capital. I recommend this for people who need more self control or don’t understand how credit cards/rewards work, but for 90% of America I think it sets you up for quite a while of unnecessary uncomfortable living. Much more could be said for the people who work for this company, but that’s not necessary for a review on here. I’d say stay away and put your money into valuable financial coaching that isn’t based on making someone feel like garbage in order to make a financial shift in life.

Ramsey Solutions is awesome! My wife and I paid off nearly $40k in debt when we first got married following their teachings.

This was one of the best ways to spend my vacation time! From the moment that I entered the building until we left, I felt welcomed and cared for. Your hospitality is unmatched by any other place that I have ever visited. As a matter of fact, it brought tears to my eyes to be among such wonderfully kind individuals who exemplified excellence. I came directly from the airport with two toddlers in tow, which in and of itself is no easy feat. It was important that my only two grandchildren experience this visit with me because God and these principles have helped me change my legacy. I took FPU at my church in 2018. It was life changing although I had been following some of the principles prior. I am thankful to say that I am debt-free and on baby steps 4 and 6. Janelle warmly greeted us and Julie made us feel right at home, offering us the best seats in the house during the show. Julie went above and beyond, taking my energetic grandson ovet to the area with the children's books. Anthony O'NEAL even played wrestled with him to work off some of his energy. Overall, this was a wonderful visit that exceeded my expectation! Thank you! I am so grateful to Dave Ramsey and all of the Ramsey employees! Thank you for making my visit to Ramsey Solutions Amazing!🤗❤

Don't care none for Dave Ramsey.....or his values. He don't do any more than regular common sense would do for a good Tennessean. A lot of "pomp and glory" is what I see out of Dave Ramsey these days. Fancy shmancy house. Fancy shmancy office right next to the highway...... That was pretty Tennessee hillside country until Dave Ramsey shewed up on it. Poor form. Bad taste.

Just had an amazing day here at Dave Ramsey Solutions. We came in to listen and shake the hand of the man that teaches a way of life that has directed my wife and I on the right track financially. If you haven’t already started to work the process, begin now and never look back. One day you too may be able to live like no one else.

Woah. Just...woah. My family was doing the Baby step plan, and the plan itself is very good. However, my qualm is with Ramsey Solutions themselves. We learned from good 'ol Ramsey to save EVERY penny we could possibly spare, side hustle, and avoid falling victim to a marketing culture in order to get our debts paid off. Then, we receive relentless emails several times a week from Ramsey Solutions, asking us to buy Ramsey's new book, upgrade our Ramsey Solutions plan, buy from their affiliate companies (that aren't even selling finance-related products...) etc, etc. Ramsey Solutions has asked me to spend more money than any company that visits my inbox. They also ask you to volunteer as a Ramsey team teacher to conduct sessions that are kind of like baby-step support groups. Not only do they not pay you, but they advertise teaching materials to you that you need to purchase yourself. Some of these teachers--thanks to the low standards and low pay--are pretty bad. We attended one group that taught us to use credit cards, as long as the credit cards had good benefits. We like Ramsey's baby steps, but we have no more respect for the company itself. They try just as hard to get their fingers into your wallet as any other company, and they KNOW they're marketing to people in bad financial situations. They tell you to live a certain way when they're on stage, and then tell you to live the opposite when they send their marketing emails. We used to call Ramsey our financial prophet. Now he seems like just another rich fraud trying to get richer off the poor.
