I've bought 4 vehicles from Ram country two brand new and two used! I've gotten a very good deal on all four! The two used vehicles, they have stood behind and have taken care of any trouble I've had with them! Great service and great people! I am not going to lie but I was nervous as heck when I walked in to the dealership. But my sales lady Sorche walked me through everything and made me feel as if we had been friends for years. I told her what I was looking for and and she found the truck I wanted. she even got it detailed and a full tank of gas! I plan on going back to get my wife a new vehicle through her as well. I do not have the best credit and I am not a high dollar customer but that does not mean I should be treated any less respectful. They are not at all easy to work with and will use constant stall tactics to avoid handling a problem and then seem to be put out when trying to get it straightened out. Awful dealership. Would not recommend.
