He helped us every step of the way, answered any questions that we had, and always kept us informed on everything. He was always available to help us and never made us feel like we didn't know what we were doing. William Burton made this process so easy on us, this was our first time buying a house, and it went a lot easier than we initially thought. We would definitely recommend this company and William Burton to anyone trying to buy a home.

This is the second time I have used Mike Alberico of Raleigh Mortgage Group, and the service, speed & efficiency of what they do seems to have only gotten better than the first time I used them to broker my home loan. It's easy to make a home purchase easy when you are working with a broker you trust. Mike was incredibly responsible even during odd hours of the night, and would not think twice to recommend him to a friend, family member, or even stranger on the street.

And, they recently helped me refinance and take advantage of the current low interest rates saving me about 20% a month! Although the rates are low, this is a hard time to refinance with lenders having to be extra cautious. You need someone to help you get the information needed quickly and help you to closing table. I had asked RMG to touch base if rates went below a particular level. They did get below the level I specified and we were contacted. They offered us a good deal that we thought was worth the costs so we did business again with them—for the third time. They were efficient, courteous and looked out for us. Brian and his team did s great job to provide a perfect mortgage for us. They gave us options along the way for us to make the best decisions. WE get the mortgage quicker and easier than We have ever gotten one before, and we were very pleased. One of our friends took a year to refinance their construction loan. We completed ours in one month. It was also very helpful to have the notary travel to our residence for us to sign all paperwork.

Best mortgage company I've ever worked with. ONE single point of contact the entire time, responses within minutes (our previous broker had *9* people involved, none of which talked to each other or I could figure out what they did, or where we were in the process). True experts in what they do. Very good prices -- perhaps could save a fraction on fees here and there, but not worth it -- they do what they promise with no BS. BTW, I worked with Jeremy H. -- would highly recommend asking for him.
