The staff here are so friendly! I love going there just to see the ladies and usually end up coming home with something. I feel they are fair and treat their customers right. And, it’s an added bonus that you get to see Cocoa the bird!

Worst pawn shop in mid west. Have a laptop completely refurbished and rebuilt and runs beautifully has windows 10 8G of ram and they refused to take it because of the year it was built. I have been able to get a loan on this laptop at other pawn shops when I needed emergency cash and they are the only ones that wont take it. My advice go else were your better off

I like this pawn shop it has games for console's like Ps3,Xbox360,Ps4 and Xbox 1. Incents are also there they smell amazing and service is good. You can sell items for fair prices not full price sometimes but you can.

rude and acted like they knew everything told me i could bring something into sell told everything wrong even offered 60$ for it brought it in the they told me they wouldn't after they said they would

I am very disappointed in the service I received from the company. They sold our company a drill that does not work and would not take it back nor give credit for the purchase. They are stating company policy - No returns after 48 hours. This was not enough time to know that the drill batteries was not taking the charge. We tried charging the batteries over a few days and thought the batteries was charged. Took the drill to a few job and it did not work. The company should stand behind their sales longer then 2 days. So they just took our money and gave us nothing in return but a piece of equipment that does not work.

Ladies around the place are always extremely Fair very good inventory and a nice clean atmosphere plus the girls that work there are sexy and that doesn't hurt either hehehe
