    We were interested in a Lincoln. We sent pictures of ours, and they came back with a price we felt was low ball. We have 2010 Lincoln MKX with 83,500 miles they had a 2013 with 53,000 miles. They offered 6,000.00 for ours. They wanted 14,000.00 plus our car. They would not come off that price. Because we were 3 hours away we could only send pictures, Scott said he didn’t even know if our car even had wheels or a fender. I told him he could tell in the pictures what kind of car it was. We have never been treated like this before. We were also told they were all in a mood is why they didn’t want to deal with us. We will gladly take our business elsewhere. I’ve added one picture of what they were sent. Our car isn’t junk!!

    Absolutely GREAT service! I was on the market for new Escape but live in Chicago. I looked and looked online and at different dealerships and with everything being low in stock it was hard to find what I wanted. I came across Raabe Ford and found an escape with every single feature I wanted. I inquired about the vehicle and an hour later I was on the phone, with everything set up and good to go with the car being delivered only two days later. I worked with Roy and he was THE BEST! The most easy going, non sales-y person I have ever experienced when it came to purchasing a car.     I just purchased a 2020 Ford Edge at Raabe and they were excellent with providing me with what I was looking for. There was very little nonsense and I was in and out very quickly. Everyone was very professional and an issue developed after I got home and Clay and the team at Raabe handled it quickly and with no extra trouble for me.     My wife and I had been looking for a nice vehicle for a few months now. We called many dealers that had vehicles we liked. When we called Raabe about a BMW they had they were amazing. Scott the used car manager was honest and upfront, explained the work that was done and other issues the car had. He hid nothing and that was very refreshing. He put us in touch with JohnThomas. He called to do a video walk through of the car. I asked a lot of weird questions and had unique requests and he didn't hesitate at all. We expressed interest in purchasing the car and they had someone drive it down (2:30 hours away) for us to buy the car. The main part of this was it was no obligation. We weren't told that we had to buy anything just because it was being driven to us. This was surprising to both my wife and I and much appreciated. They seem to understand the current environment and are more than willing to accommodate people. This is by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend this place to anyone in the country to be honest. We ended up buying the car. It was exactly as advertised and we couldn't have been happier about their complete honesty.

    This is the best dealership I've ever been to. For almost 13 years I have brought my car to be serviced by Raabe for every routine oil change. I drive an hour to have my them service it because I think they are the most trustworthy and reliable service department anywhere. I have multiple Ford dealerships that are closer to me but I choose to bring my car to Raabe because of their excellent work and honesty. I do not fell that they take advantage and they always explain everything to me and then let me make a decision if something needs taken care of beyond the routine maintenance. I recommend them to everyone!

    I had a really good experience at the Raabe Ford Lincoln. Once I made an appointment with them via call, they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive by the time I arrived and the vehicle was also very well cleaned and checked.     I found a very nice 2018 Ford Explorer at a good price at Raabe Ford. Eric was the salesman that helped me. He was very kind and easy to talk to. Not pushy.... just personable and helpful. I also dealt with Leah who actually took the time to sit in the vehicle with me and explain all the features to me. And Jamie who did the paper work.     We recently just purchases our 3rd vehicle with Raabe Ford with Darlene Powell as our sales lady! We once again could not have asked for a better experience! The customer service is unmatched! The day of pickup we brought our 5 year old son and one of the salesmen took him to the service department and let him pick out a die cast metal car which he could not have been more excited for!!     John who helped us throughout this whole process was excellent. I initially found this dealership while searching online. Being a Michigander we wanted to make sure that our 3 hour drive to the dealership was worth it so we called ahead of time. From viewing the car over videochat to arriving to the dealership in person, the entire experience was smooth and hassle free. Even though they are located in a small town, Raabe Ford was very hospitable and their price for our car was just right! After buying the car we noticed a minor issue which we followed up about and they were very responsive even after buying the car. It is unusual to get this sort of customer service.

    We live over an hr and half away to come look at a vehicle that we ended up purchasing. The vehicle still needed to go through all of the inspection so they were so kind in delivering it to us a few days later at no charge. That is service! We had such a great experience with everyone at Raabe including Darlene! She was wonderful! We have plenty of Ford dealerships near us, but we will definitely make the drive to come back when we are ready to upgrade. Hands down worth the drive!

    My car purchase experience at Raabe Ford was the most enjoyable car purchase ever. I worked with Roy Jarman who went out of his way to assist in my purchase. I live 115 miles away from the dealership and Roy actually came in on his day off to meet with me. There is a very welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere at Raabe Ford, unlike many other dealerships.     This dealership, and especially the sales rep Roy, were absolutely incredible. They really went above and beyond to make sure the sale could be finalized for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Even when it looked like it couldn't be done, Roy still called me the next day and gave a couple of suggestions and it ended up working. They made sure the vehicle was in superb condition by the time I drove it off the lot and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. As Roy told me, this dealership does things a little differently and really treats their customers well. Can't recommend them enough!

    was told it would take all day to do the recall notice so we brought our vehicle in the previous evening, only to get a call within 2 hours of them opening the next morning to tell us the vehicle was done. we would have waited in the dealership if we had been told the truth

    It is January 19 and Raabe Ford has now had my car a 2018 Ford fusion for 3 weeks and has done absolutely nothing. Transmission is acting up and they said they would get it in last week and let me know what is going on. And no call. So I called and we talked to Dave, he said he would check into it and call me back. That was yesterday and no call back. Very poor service! If they done have time then fine I'll come get it and take it elsewhere. #nothappy

    By far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! I found a truck I liked online. Spoke with a sales man (Roy Jarman). I flew up to Fort Wayne. The dealership sent Pat to come and pick me up and drove us 30 minutes to the dealership. The truck was exactly as advertised. The numbers all matched up (my calculated fees were actually $30 higher than what the dealer had). I signed the papers, went back to the financing office, was handed the keys and out the door with a full tank of gas (always a plus). I was at the dealership maybe an hour and a half (probably less). If you want a great car buying experience... this is the place. I got a great deal on a truck and there is not a single complaint to be said about the dealership. Thank you Roy and Pat!

    Awesome dealership! Traveling through Ohio when my 2021 F-250 started flashing warning for DEF system. Pulled over and started calling Ford dealerships near my location. All of them were either back logging for 10 days to 2 weeks or didn’t have the technician qualified to work on diesel pickups. Called Raabe Ford and they were also back logged for about 2 weeks. They had me come in so they could scan warning codes and at least know what the problem was. After scanning they had to locate and retrieve the part from another dealership 1 hour away the following morning. They went out if their way to make sure pickup was repaired and got me back on the road without having to wait 2 weeks for repairs. Very awesome dealership and VERY AWESOME PEOPLE that will bend over backwards to help you if you are in a pinch!! Great customer service which is hard to find nowadays!!!

We've been searching for a specific F150 and Raabe just happened to get one in and we went to look at it and bought it on the spot.     My experience in leasing my new Escape was excellent. The sales rep, Clay was very helpful. He accompanied me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable, pointing out various features as we drove that I would have probably missed otherwise. The finance department was excellent. We were able to get all of the paperwork completed in a very short time with no problems. I refer to paperwork, but there was no actual paper involved. Everything was done electronically and I was give a thumb drive with all of the documents needed. An excellent feature. Before leaving with my new vehicle, a very pleasant and helpful young woman helped me sync my telephone and helped me download and register my Fordpass account. She also pointed out a number of features that I would have not have been aware of without her help. When this lease is completed, I cannot imagine going anywhere else but Raabe Ford to get my next one.

    Raabe Ford is a great place to buy a new car! Staff are knowledgeable, and friendly, but the best thing is, there is no pressure to buy, no hovering or any other tactics of high pressure salespeople! Because new cars have so many advanced features, they even have someone who will sit with you and patiently show you how all the bells and whistles work, which was great! Their service dept has serviced our cars for years, and they have a nice customer rewards program. I am always confident of great service from Raabe Ford!

    Everything went well. Waiting area clean, comfortable and wasn't overcrowded like some dealerships are from over scheduling. Wait time was reasonable unlike some dealerships where you may spend half your day just for an oil change. All things were checked and fluids topped off. I was very pleased. Reasonably priced also.
