I lost my job due to covid. I have struggled to keep up on my payments. I have a great relationship with Sarah in collections and have always worked with her and made my payments even though they were late. I have never failed to call back or answer a call. Two days before Christmas without prior notice, Linda from collections lied to her superior saying that she called me and left a message and I refused to return the call. She then drained my bank account leaving me penniless. Sarah from collections, who is awesome, was kind enough to call me and alert me. Mind you I was about to go purchase gifts for my family. But instead they took all the money I had. All this predicated on a lie. There was no phone call or message. I have absolute proof of that. When I requested a meeting with the CEO Linda from collections came down angrily wanting to talk to me. I told her I didn't want to talk to her. She replied loudly that neither Jim or Krystel were going to talk to me and demanded I leave. Then as I was walking away she yelled back at me "Would you like to see a copy of your contract?" Imagine a credit union that predicated on a lie would drain your bank account leaving you penniless two days before Christmas. Merry Christmas to me.

I love this credit union. I have been a member for around 40 years. When I was purchasing a TV at Target once, they gave me a call to make sure it was me trying to do the purchase which made me feel very safe with my money with them. I have never had a problem.

I've had my account with this CU for almost 20 years. I feel so stupid that I have stayed with this institution for so long. Their service center is absolutely helpless. I travel out of country quite often and their debit cards are absolutely worthless when traveling. When you call the service center, they can't do a single thing for you. They are not helpful and rude. Just called them to tell them that I was going to be on international travel and they tell me they will note it, but it doesn't mean my card won't be blocked. The last three times I have traveled out of country, my card was locked and worthless. When you call their service desk, they say they can't do anything until you come in. I have to fly back to the USA to fix their mistake. This credit union works good if you never travel anywhere. And I pray, you never have to call their "Lack of Service Center." They obviously have more members than they need. Maybe they need one less.

We have been with RIA for 3 years. They loaned us the money for our van when we didn't think anyone would loan us the money. We bought another car that was a lemon later and they bent over backwards to get us the funds so we could get the car fixed. Our extended family granddaughter has an account there as well. They even have help for young adults. The staff is very friend.

Horribly staffed. Average time in drive thru 7-12 minutes. Same person runs the inside teller station. Definitely don't reccomend on lunch hour!

I called into RIA Federal Credit Union on a Saturday, the lady that took my phone call was snippy and Highly Rude. She kept interrupting me, then go's to telling me I was wrong.. i did try and pay my payment on the app... so if you fixed your application in one day thats great..(then im wrong) Since starting my 3rd shift job I've had trouble getting my payment in to the bank..(because the atms don't accept deposits) so my car payment got behind as the bank isn't opened when I'm awake.. ive tried to pay this payment for weeks now... and they put my car on a repo list..stay clear of this bank they do not have your best interest. At hand.. And who are they to treat you in the mannor.. when they are working for you ?

We recently purchased a new vehicle and financed through RIA. We’ve yet to receive any information from them in regards to our payments. I called to request the account number so I could get automatic payments set up. I was informed they wouldn’t give me that information over the phone. Usually I understand but we have no money in an account here and I’m trying to be proactive in making payments so they are on time. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to try to pay a bill.

Poorly trained individuals who give you a different response over the phone every single time to the point where I missed a payment as a result of it. Dealing with this bank has been such a hassle I regret getting my car in the first place.

Beautiful, clean, new facility next door to the old building. Prompt service, helpful employees.
