I have been able to personally work with Greg, Derek, Austin, Steve and Marilyn at all levels of their Sioux Falls location. I have always received professional, courteous and efficient assistance. I highly recommend Quoin Financial Bank to meet all of your banking needs in the Sioux Falls area!

All representative have treated me kindly and fairly. They are very open to working with you to get everything they need to open an account. I've been very pleased with the level of service and attention I get at Quoin Bank.

Stay away from this place for any re-finance or auto loans. They told me they are 2 to 3 times higher on car loans because they don't like doing them. I have 4 accounts with them and been with them for years. I did a home mortgage with them and asked several times what I needed to bring to closing JUST AN ID I was told they had everything else. Get to closing and they asked me for 2 things I didn't have. The banker said he forgot to get them. Cost me a $100 to rush papers. Just did a refinance, I ask 5 or 6 times what do I need. An ID and my checkbook. Hours before closing, I work until 15 minutes before I have to be at closing and Quoin Bank now says oh you need to get a cashier check. This place is a joke. Stay away.

Best bank in Sioux Falls! Opened a business account with them without all the fees and restrictions a lot of other banks have. Was so happy with the customer service of the whole team at the bank that I opened a personal account too. Several clients and family members have now opened accounts well, and all are happy they did!

Applied for a home equity loan 2 months ago. I spoke with Mark. He would look in to my credit. I sent him W2s and pay stubs like he asked. I have not heard from anyone from this bank. No emails have been returned or called back....

If you're planning on opening a checking account, you will take a huge hit on your credit. Mine got docked 18 points. This is just to OPEN an account. I was assured it was a soft pull. It is not. Two days later they had to reissue a new savings account number because they "got it mixed up". Whether that means it was someone else's or they activated the wrong number I do not know. They transferred the funds to my new acct and the funds were tied up for three hours. Account numbers should not be mixed up folks. That does not inspire confidence or trust. Staff is also somewhat unknowledgeable and can't answer my questions clearly. I'll edit this if things have improved. EDIT, August 2019 : Usability update, Mobile app is spotty and it kicks me out constantly. My debit card is showing "non sufficient funds" even though there's more than enough. Neither debit nor credit works. Called to get it fixed, they fixed it, and now the issue is still happening. Service, ease of use, and trust are three things you look for in a bank and this bank has none of them. I've given enough chances to Quoin to earn my business. Nothing good here, just a free pen.

Great rates and customer service, plus they're local. They did pull my credit when opening the account, but that's not really an issue unless you're buying a house in the near future or something like that.
