Quik Pawn Shop 15th St, Tuscaloosa

Best $30 I ever spent was at this pawn shop. I don't go to pawn shops very often. While I was there I found a $30 push mower. I asked an employee about it. I was told it didn't run and they were selling it as is. One employee said a customer did get it to run. I decided to purchase it since it was a 2017 model, the price was great and didn't look all banged up. Also it had a full tank of gas. Got home with it and tinkered with it. After 45 minutes I had it working. I ended up mowing a half acre with it. The reason I didn't leave 5 stars is due to the fact there was no way anyone could of started this mower in its current configuration when I got it home. The carb needed adjusted and an air hose to carb was disconnected. No way it would have started and ran in that condition. Ontop of that the safety cable and leaver on handle was broken. I had to jerry rig the cable so I could get it to crank. It was a gamble that worked out!

The older lady at the cash register cashed me out after I loaned my laptop. The total cost was $60 then she said it was $62.50 so I gave her a extra $3 to cover the $2.50 I spoke to three different people and they chose to tell me it was my mistake and I should check my pockets only thing they said they’ll do is check the draw but it seems to me all they did was gossip in the background. I’m very unsatisfied and frustrated with the company and service.

Quik Pawn is the best pawn shop in Tuscaloosa. They'll make you a good deal if you're buying and offer you a fair price if you're there to pawn something. Chad and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You can't go wrong with Quik Pawn. I've been doing business with them for years. I highly recommend them!

I've done business with everyone that works there and I've never had a bad experience. They make you feel at ease in my opinion they are the only pawn shop that I will deal with. The guys there will always give you a fair deal.

Very ignorant service, items were over priced, the black woman will try to rip you off on items you bring in, it is obvious she's not in the right business. Go anywhere but this place!

Best pawnshop in Tuscaloosa if looking to pawn or sale but lacking if looking to shop or purchase. I still give 5 stars even with the lack of variety and quantity of merchandise cuz the employees are very nice and helpful. Plus I’ve noticed the amount of merchandise, which was extremely minimal somewhat recently, has been slowly but steadily growing.

They were nice but very slow to help us and the quotes for our roomba and brand new sawsall were substantially lower than their competitors in town.
