Quick Cash Pawn Ward Blvd, Wilson

So I pawned a rifle here and was 4 days late to go pick it up... I went in to pick up another item and saw that they had put the rifle on the floor to be sold which is to be expected however when I tried to buy back the item at the price they listed $169 they refused to sell it back to me unless I paid $60 MORE than what they had the item in sale for! They blamed their software for it saying that it was because I was the person who pawned it. They lost a good customer who has probably given them at least a grand of profit over the last year and ai will never be back.

They worked with me on the price. Took time to look items and prices online. They did not want to purchase my car audio equipment, but they did and they went up 35$. Just have to know how to conversate with people.

lol What a horrible establishment. The "manager", who oversees most transactions, is very rude and will gyp you in a heart beat. Not to mention, the premises is stocked with items that either came from yard sales or straight off a job site. One star only because I can't post anything lower.

I've always gotten good professional and friendly service, as well as good deals. No complaints!!

I would give zero stars if I could. If we didn't call the corporate office and filed the complain, we would not get the money back. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. I called because i had a question and the guy act like he didn't even care and when I asked him another question he hung up the phone. I haven't even been to this place yet and i know for sure I will never go in there until they get some people who has common sense working there. Be happy because that 1 star was me being nice.

Great customer service and good deals as well. Both of the managers were very professional and friendly. Would recommend!

Worst place of business I have ever encountered. They cussed me out at the store because I mis heard the offering price of a item to pawn, staff was very stupid I called multiple times just to get put on hold for over 45 mins. When I hung up to call again it was a busy tone since they never hung up from earlier when they put me on hold. How dumb and rude can a place be

Terrible customer service. I bought a ps4 that didn’t work and returned it less than 24 hours later. The wanted to exchange it for another one but then wanted me to pay for another warranty. After I refused, they tried to give me less money back than they owed me. Unbelievable. Worst place I’ve ever dealt with

Employees didn't act professional. There products look rough as if they came from yard sales. Over heard them talking rudely bout another customer. So I will not be going back there.
