Staff has been nothing but extremely friendly and more than fair with prices. The only down fall is how payments are done. You either make your monthly charge and fee payment and nothing goes to principle. ( you can’t pay more than what the charge/fee are) or you pay the entire pawn off and take your possessions with you. And the prices they quote you for your items are computer generated not just a number off the top of their head. I’ve used all the other shops at one time or another and after seeing the fairness and kindness and understanding of the staff. I have to say they are my first choice

Seriously unfriendly people. And VERY slow. No matter what you go in there for the employees act like your disturbing them, and heaven forbid you need help with something or ask a question. If your in a hurry I highly suggest going somewhere else, because they don't care if they make someone wait. Iv literally been completely ignored by employees more than once. Worst customer service I think iv ever experienced. Seriously they should be ashamed of themselves, but they really just don't care!

I went to the store on September 7 for the first time ever the ladies that were working seem to be very nice and polite I bought a steam cleaner which I was told had all the pieces once I got it home and was able to investigate and try to use it I realize that it’s missing the two main pieces to it when I called to try to return it they told me I could not because I didn’t purchase a warranty which I wasn’t offered at the time of purchase so now I’m stuck with the steam cleaner that I can’t use it because it doesn’t have all the proper pieces way to go on having terrible customer service that you claim to be “The best pawn shop in town”I will never spend another dollar in that place and I don’t recommend anyone else doing so either

OUTSTANDING customer service, CLEAN and well maintained store, FAIR prices and EXCELLENT quality of a device I purchased and used extensively after purchase date. For a very small fee, they even offer a no-questions return. I drove half an hour just to come here. And they delivered. Thanks ladies.

Terrible customer service. Bought a item with agreed price put it on layaway cause it was a little pricey. Was making payment on it. Then realized it was 240.00 dollars more than agreed price. Plus the customer service person no longer works there. So either I pay it or pay 444.00 to restock it.😡😡😡. Avoid the Havelock, NC pawn like the plaque.

I recommend checking out the other pawnshops first before this or to avoid this place all together. Their employees can definitely benefit from a class on professionalism. How awful is it for an employee to claim than an iPad mini 1 is an iPad mini 4 to a customer just for the sale? Trust me when I say, the chances of a situation as such happening from this pawn shop is VERY likely.

This is one of my favorite pawnshops ever. They have amazing prices! Probably the best prices of any pawnshop I have ever visited. Their selection of items is really good and their staff is about as friendly as they get!
