We were first time home buyers with little knowledge of the process. We called Chris with what we were looking for, amounts, down payments we could afford, etc. He had a quote for us within hours. Chris also answered every question we had (no matter how dumb) and solved every issue that popped up. He also went above and beyond finding a way to lower our interest rate when it came to lock in. He was honestly a true professional, and there was not a single hiccup in the process from his end. We would not hesitate to do his business with him again.

I reached out to Aaron looking for a mortgage towards the beginning of 2021. When I called his work phone for the first time, Aaron gave me as much time as I needed on the phone. He answered all of my questions as I was a first time home buyer and did not know exactly what I was doing. Every other broker I called did not give me more than 5 minutes to talk to them and answer questions. Where as Aaron puts in the time and effort because he actually WANTS to help you, and not just make a quick sale. Aaron knew step-by-step what to do and and how to get you prepared to buy a home. There’s no wait time with Aaron, there’s no unanswered emails or texts or phone calls. Aaron will get to you as soon as possible with any needs or questions you may have at any time of the day. He made the process as smooth as possible and keeps you updated along the process. I know that if I worked with another broker, my home closing would not have been completed on time. He makes sure things run smoothly and efficiently and gets things done WEEKS before they are due. Working with him as been such a pleasure and a big relief as you know that the person working for you wants to get you a home as quick and efficiently as possible.
