Monte made my experience better than I have had at any car purchase. He was on top of everything start to finish. I bought a vehicle from Quality because of a referral although I live over 2 hours away and they will get my repeat business and I will refer family as well. I appreciate the way they price their vehicles and won't over price like most dealers in today's market. You can tell from ownership down the custome experience is what they strive for, Toyota should use them as a model to improve the experience across the country. We met with Pete and had a great experience. We purchased a Toyota tundra. We had previously purchased a Toyota Yaris and would not hesitate to deal with Quality again. We have had our highlander serviced at Quality for several years and have been very happy with the service.

Got invited for a test drive, showing up first person I talked to was racist within a minute of talking to him and going there was a total waste of time to begin with. Why invite someone who's interested in a vehicle to test drive it when it's not even on the lot or nearby? Horrible experience, definitely won't be ordering any vehicles from here.

Called to say I was interested in a certain model type with certain options, arriving in 50 minutes. They volunteered to pull them out. Had a salesman assigned and waiting. Great service. Tried to save my decals, helped move items from old to new car. Everyone was very personable.

Pete Thom was once again our sales person. This was the fourth time that he was our salesperson. We have been very satisfied with Pete and the dealership each time in working with us.

Great experience at Quality Toyota. The team here creates a very professional, no pressure buying experience. They had the car I wanted but there is not a doubt they would have found the one I wanted if they didn't. From Ryan my salesman to Eric in finance, it was smooth and painless. Ryan was a great salesman, he explained all of the car options and really just let me try out a few vehicles with no pressure. Eric was awesome in finance and showed me a few options on financing, not just a "here this is what we can do" that you see at many dealerships. Plus they gave me a great deal on my trade-in.

I had a certain truck I wanted, and these guys happened to to have one. Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at it. Scott S was a great guy to deal with. Had a small issue with the truck and they had it fixed by the time I came up to take delivery. There prices are what they say, but I say they are reasonable if not cheaper than everywhere else I was looking. I would do the drive again to buy another. There financial guy Eric was very easy to work with and had good knowledge. Gave us some good numbers.

Their customer service is above and beyond. This is still a small town local dealership that is refreshing compared to the conglomerate dealerships out there today. Their personalized service is truly top notch.

Great experience at Quality Toyota this week. Paid a visit to them to make a trade of our 2015 RAV4 for a new vehicle. First, they offered and honored a very fair price for my trade-in. Second, when visiting with our Salesman, Pete, we literally made a deal for a new vehicle within an hour. His professional service and knowledge led to a very pleasant buying experience. He expedited every part of the buying process. Third, when visiting with the administrative (finance) chief, he too displayed his expert knowledge and advice allowing for a quick and pleasurable experience. From the time of arriving to our departure in our new Highlander, we know that continuing our business with Quality Toyota will certainly endure. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

I purchased a 2008 Ford Fusion from Bill Funkhouser from Quality Toyota in Fergus Falls. Bill assured me that the vehicle had been checked out thoroughly. Within 2 weeks it developed a coolant leak that got bad very quickly. I took it in and was told the water pump was out. I called and talked to Steve at Toyota and the only thing he could do was give me a list of places that worked on it according to the car fax report. I felt used. I couldn’t even drive the car for a month because I couldn’t find anyone to work on it right away. Maybe it wasn’t sold that way, but only two weeks?? They qualify as shady in my opinion.

I went in for service recently to Quality Toyota. It is a breeze to go in to get recalls done and complimentary oil changes. I trust the technicians at Fergus falls QT. Also my salesmen Scott helped me find the floor jack to truck that was sort of hidden behind floor carpet! I had thought maybe it was missing a good laugh that it is there. He was kind about it and patience with me.

I contacted Scott Sampson looking for a somewhat uniquely optioned Tacoma. Scott found me a truck with my exact build specifications. When I wanted special optioned wheels and tires, Scott went out of his way to find a local tire dealer that would install optional wheels and tires, and gave me a very fair trade-in allowance for my take-off tires. I know he spent a significant amount of time working that deal, and getting the truck to-from the tire dealer so that I didn't have to deal with that. In our busy world, time is important to everyone, and Scott took care of me. Eric was great on the financing process, and the whole staff at Quality Toyota was very welcoming. Very good experience. I'd recommend Quality Toyota to anyone looking for a good buying experience. Great job everyone!

On my 4th lease vehicle, and the process is easy. Toyota makes excellent vehicles, so the lease experience is not at all stressful. The Quality dealership is takes care of its customers, and offers straightforward advice and without a constant "upsell." That means a lot, that they understand life in rural Minnesota!

Quality Toyota is a great place to buy a car They don't hit you with high pressure sales tactics. You just talk about what you want in a car and you get it. No fussing around about price and all the silly games that other dealerships do.

I came in wanting to rent a car the sales man was vary pushy and Insisted I apply for financing weeks later I gave them another try he said the only car they had available they lost the 2nd key I waited 3 weeks and No phone call so I went in and asked if they found the key, surely they did and they already rented the car to someone els, anything to get Commission no matter how much is hurts other people, I'm extremely Dissatisfied. I won't be back and they never told me I needed to have a reservation or I would have are one dumn @ss

Pete, our sales person was good and fun to work with. He was patience, informative and honest. This was our second purchase from Quality Toyota, our first new vehicle ever owned. The finance guy ( forgot his name) was also kind, patience and honest. We ended up with an extended warranty! What a great feeling buying a car from Quality. We highly recommend!!!!

The staff at Quality always takes care of you! They keep you in the know with what is happening with your vehicle and also if anything needs repairs they make sure you understand what it is and how soon you need it. Since buying my Toyota Sienna back in 2015 I have had 4 family members buy cars from Quality! Amazing!

I had a great experience leasing a 2019 RAV4. The process was really smooth and both Monte and Erick were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This business is not trustworthy. They sold me a vehicle in October of 2020. In spring of 2021 that the air conditioning unit had a leak. There was a sticker under the hood from Perham Automotive noting that the system had leak detecting dye added in August of 2020. I contacted my salesperson, Ryan Jorud. I asked if it was covered under the basic warranty. Ryan told me at the time of purchase every vehicle comes with a basic warranty. At this time, he said that there is NO WARRANTY. He reminded me I signed forms acknowledging it was "AS IS". He also said because I didn't purchase their additional warranty, it is my problem. I also had Quality Toyota's mechanic inspect the car before I signed the contracts. This was a pre-existing issue, but there is NO WARRANTY regardless of what the salesperson tells you. The bottom line is that Quality Toyota had no problems with selling me a vehicle with defects, and they won't have any problems selling one to you. If you have any issues, know you will be on your own. Buy here at your own risk.

Our recent purchase from Quality Toyota was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman was prompt to communicate via email, text, and calling to make certain I had all information I needed. The test drive experience was hassle free. They were welcoming to us even on a Saturday and offered us pizza since our time there ran over the lunch hour. If you need a new or used car please consider Quality Toyota. I definitely will.

Consistently, year-on-year, Mike Holstrom and the Quality Toyota service staff have provided cost-effective service to myself and my family. They have come through again. Thanks to their staff my elderly mother has been able to keep her independence because of their willingness to manage her car maintenance with covid precautions.

Working with Pete was an absolute pleasure. He was very helpful explaining option availabilities. One example was reading Motor Trend reviews and they mentioned the rough ride. Pete informed me I could get a 6 foot box to help with that and he was right. Growing up in a small community I felt that small community feel throughout the process. I picked up the truck on Saturday and Pete called on Monday to see how I felt about the truck. That’s never happened before. I then received a letter on Tuesday. I will be going back again.
